Lovely quality, good service, I was kept informed & reassured when there was a long delay

Order came quickly and happy with my purchase as a gift

I never received my bracelet as Royal Mail delivered to wrong Address and was never traced. Still awaiting refund.

I wanted this for a birthday gift and we fly tomorrow. The parc l never arrived after emailing and leaving a message of Facebook messenger. Very disappointed. No telephone number on Pegasus webpage.

I ordered a Silver and Rose gold Snaffle Bracelet as a Christmas present. Ordering via The Pegasus Jewellery website was easy, and l took delivery within three days, which given the time of year was very impressive. The quality of the item was first class, and much appreciated and loved by the recipient.
My only criticism would be that the materials used were a little thin, and l would have liked a little more weight to the item. But that’s a personal view. Given the quality of the bracelet, the price and the discount offered as a first time customer, l have no hesitation is giving Pegasus Jewellery 5 Stars.
I will be definitely be purchasing again.

A fabulous small company, and I have purchased three bracelets and two sets of earrings, each time being delighted with my purchases.
A couple of times I have contacted customer services with questions, which have always been promptly replied to. Moreover, when I lost part of a bracelet (my own fault), the missing part was quickly despatched to me.

I have purchased items of jewellery from Pegasus for a number of years now.
I usually order items for Christmas presents for my horse/dog family and friends, and sometimes treat myself!
Delivery is quick, and customer service excellent. Good quality jewellery that always looks great!
