I made a claim on the 23rd of Feb 2024. They have asked questions regarding the claim via email which after replying to, don't get back to me for 2 - 3 days. now on 7th march and havn't heard from them in 3 days... I have no doubt it will be another question to delay the process.
This is my first claim.. Not a great service

I changed my phone just after my annual…
I changed my phone just after my annual payment went out of my account.
I messaged & got a very quick response. My cover was changed to my new phone really quickly after a couple of checks.

I’ve been with this company for a few years and found them cheaper than taking out Apple insurance for my iPhone. Over that time I have had to make a few claims and on both occasions they have settled early by either replacing the device or paying to have it repaired. Thanks 👍🏻

An easy, swift no quibble claim.
Had to claim for a screen replacement on my Samsung Galaxy - the whole process was simple and swift. I had iSmash repair and So-Sure sent me the money within two days of me submitting the repair receipt. No quibbling, no dramas. The only complaint I had was the original email sent from So Sure after I submitted the claim did not explicitly state I needed to acknowledged anything and I then got chased a few times via email and I wasn't sure why. But I'd rather have an attentive service like that than an unresponsive one - so top marks for the attention and responsiveness.

Fantastic and swift service. I opted to have my phone repaired by their trusted company. My phone was collected, repaired and returned in a week. The staff I spoke to were very kind and helpful, both so-sure and the phone repair company kept me informed throughout the repair process. Highly recommend, thank you

Contents Insurance …
Took contents insurance out with SoSure, very competitive price and low excess, even lower if you use the app and create an inventory. This is an easy process and quite a useful tool to realise what items you own and the value totalled up. Had a few queries which I emailed and I got an answer same day. Haven’t had to make a claim so I cannot say how easy or difficult that could be.

Money paid for claim with no quibble and quick resolution
Phoned up and made the claim no issue. Given options regarding how I would repair my phone. I chose to go through apple direct and this meant I was not without a phone. For me this worked really well. Quote for repair accepted without quibbling and money put in my account within a few days. I was very happy with the service.
