I’d like to share my genuine appreciation for We‑Contract and the support I received while dealing with an administrative request.
Although my contract with We‑Contract had ended years ago and the enquiry related to historic records, the company was very helpful from the outset and were happy to assist. That in itself says a lot about how seriously they take their client relationships, even well after contracts have concluded.
In particular, I’d like to mention Sarah Haines, who handled my request with a great deal of professionalism and care. Sarah took the time to look into older records thoroughly, kept me clearly informed throughout, and made sure everything was completed accurately. Her approach was calm, efficient and genuinely supportive.
What really stood out was the level of attention given. My request was treated with the same priority and respect as current work. This reflects well on We‑Contract and how they support their staff to look after clients.
Sarah is a real credit to We‑Contract, and my experience has been a very positive one. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend We‑Contract to anyone looking for a professional payroll company that genuinely takes care of its clients.

I spoke with them on the phone,best costumer service I've seen ina while.Payments are on time and i like that they have a payslip and a sms notification.Dont even have to worry about anything.

I've worked with We Contract approaching 7 years and they are my go to payroll company. I haven't experienced any problems of note in this time, which gives me and the people we ask them to pay great confidence they & the HMRC will be paid in full! I have to also give a big shout out to Jo Brown and her team. Such excellent customer service, they're always on hand to deal with queries quickly and efficiently, even after hours and can even be contacted on a weekend.
