Our car rented in Lisbon had damage to the chassis near the wheels and had to be replaced with another car. After returning the car, I was charged for the lack of fuel, which was incorrectly calculated and not as pre-agreed.

Nao fiz reserva pelas plataformas , liguei direto para a waygo, tive atendimento espetacular , esclareceu tudo, o seguro total é o melhor a ser feito quando se vai rodar muitos km .

Il servizio è stato rapido e l'auto pulita e ben funzionante. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto pagare un'esorbitante costo extra in quanto non accettavano carte di credito diverse da quella del nome della prenotazione. Inoltre alla restituzione dell'auto mi è stato richiesto il pagamento dei pedaggi con telepass mai utilizzati, sempre effettuati in sede e con verifica delle transizioni. Avrei valutato positivamente il servizio ma non l'ho trovato per niente onesto.

Communication was clear, the car was good and in a good state, their response is quick and the booking process was very clear and good.

Es hat von Anfang bis Ende alles geklappt wie es geplant war und das Auto war super. Sehr sauber, alles hat problemlos funktioniert und auch bei der Abgabe gab es keine Verzögerung oder irgendwelche ungeplanten Überraschungen.

No reserva online não referiam limite de km para deslocações a Espanha. Só na hora de levantar a viatura fui informado do limite de 300km/dia, no meu caso 1800 km, para quem se desloca por exemplo a Barcelona, vai pagar excedente. Digo de novo...na altura da reserva online em lado nenhum referia limite de km.
A primeira viatura atribuída tinha 90000km....cheia de riscos e defeitos (um dos cintos de segurança não estava em condições).
Depois de alguma persistência foi atribuído um novo veículo em condições.
Demasiado tempo para levantar a viatura, marcado para as 16:00 (ainda foram lavar e não estava em condições) só tive a viatura às 17:45.

Fast pick up of car (good condition). Documentation of existing damages. Explanation of toll system in Portugal. Not trying to sell additional insurances. Return also very easy and with no problems. Deposit was paid back within minutes.
Highly recommended! We will use them again.

I had a very pleasant experience with WayGo Car Rental. I needed a medium-sized commercial van to transport some personal belongings from a house I was moving out of, so I went up directly to their headquarters in Prior Velho. I spoke to Tiago and Sérgio, who immediately tried to accommodate my request. They took my phone number and said they would call me if they could find a vehicle that suited my needs. The next day Tiago called to say he had managed to get me a Fiat Scudo, which was perfect. The pick-up and return processes were both quick and straightforward. I definitely recommend their services and will certainly use them again.

The car is good, just need some adjustments. The front window cleaner is not working sol well, so we had to clean it manually a couple of times.

Great car rental company with good prices, online checking, smooth pick up and return. Deposit was return immediately. Next time I am in Lisbon I am definitely using Waygo again.

WayGo has competitive prices. Many car rental companies who have competitive prices try to scam you. This is NOT the case here. Service was friendly and when we gave back the car, we did not have any issues. recommended.

Aluguei uma viatura no dia 02 de junho a qual devolvi no mesmo dia. Não sabia que me tinha esquecido a carteira dos meus documentos pessoais na viatura aquando da devolução. Dado que não ando sempre com ela, pensei que estaria algures em casa. Vasculhei a casa toda por diversas vezes mas sem sucesso. Como última tentativa, passados cerca de 14 dias, telefonei para a agencia e me confirmaram que tinham a certeira e teria me esquecido na viatura. Estou indignado porque poderiam ter me informado no mesmo dia ou o mais razoável no dia seguinte, uma vez que a agencia tem o meu contacto telefônico ou e-mail e nada disso aconteceu, mesmo passados mais de 10 dias.

I rented a vehicle on June 2nd, which I returned the same day. I didn't realize I had forgotten my wallet with my personal documents in the vehicle when I returned it. Since I don't always carry it with me, I thought it would be somewhere in the house. I searched the whole house several times but without success. As a last resort, about 14 days later, I called the agency and they confirmed that they had the wallet and that I had forgotten it in the car. I am outraged because they could have informed me on the same day or, more reasonably, the next day, since the agency has my phone number or email address, and none of that happened, even after more than 10 days.

Più di 10 giorni fa sono stata da loro e, purtroppo, nonostante avessi già pagato, non ho potuto noleggiare l’auto causa mancanza di carta di credito. Mi hanno assicurato che mi avrebbero rimborsato quanto pagato ma ad oggi nessuno hai mai risposto alle diverse mail inviate e ovviamente non c’è stato alcun rimborso.
Davvero poco trasparenti.
Spero di potermi ricredere, ma al momento non posso far altro che recensire in maniera assolutamente negativa.
