Complete scam
Ordered 2 items, received 1 after 30 days, still not received the second item. Item received looks 100% counterfeit. Customer service emails bounce back, phone switched off. Reported to trading standards. Complete scam!

Avoid!!!!!! Made a purchase and asked for a refund as it wasn’t what I thought it was seller went quiet and I haven’t received my refund after 4 weeks. Now trying to get my money back through Klarna and ignore positive comments on here from Mohamed your not convincing anyone. Scam scam scam

Placed an order and yet to have it delivered. Have emailed several times with no response. Terrible customer service! Order placed on 2nd December Take money then no response avoid at all cost. Now having to go through my bank to obtain money

I had a disappointing experience at the Richmond Harbour Hotel & Spa. London. booked through Trip.com. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room in the basement, right under the reception. The noise from staff above was unbearable, and I couldn't rest at all. When I requested a room change, I was told it was the last one available, which forced me to leave and seek accommodations elsewhere. Despite my attempts for a refund, the hotel was unhelpful and unresponsive. I do not recommend booking here due to their inadequate service and poor handling of issues.

This company can’t be trusted…
This company can’t be trusted completely…I placed the order on 7/12 and have been waiting for over 3 weeks where I have been pushing and pushing, they just feedback that it is being processed, then few more days they said it has been shipped. Eventually, I still didn’t receive anything and push for updated, then they said they couldn’t find the tracking number nor order status….I still don’t know whether I can claim it back and just want to warn everyone don’t trust this company, ever !!!

I ordered online, money taken right away. Have tried to contact supplier to ask when item will be despatched, phone is switched off, email has been returned as failed to send and message hasn't been answered. My bank won't allow me to do a charge back until 14 days have passed from contact. I hope no one else gets conned, hence this review.
Edit - have now been refunded. Still no communication and item still on their website.

Order cancelled after over a week from order being placed ‘at your request’. I didn’t request it. Very poor customer service.
Further to your response for more information, as stated above the cancellation was not requested by myself and there was no prior correspondence setting out any timeframes. I have screenshots of the only two pieces of correspondence received…one confirming the order and the second notifying me of cancellation and there is no mention of any timeframe for the order to be completed. I was just informed it had been cancelled. Happy to send copies of your messages. Thank you.
