I placed my order on 03/02/2026 and, a month later, I have still not received any shipping confirmation or update on its status. I also emailed the company to chase this up and received no response.
After reading similar reviews from other customers describing the same lack of communication, I am now extremely concerned about whether this business is legitimate.
If there are delays, that’s understandable — but completely ignoring customers and failing to provide updates is not acceptable. At this point, I have had to consider escalating the matter with my bank.
I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution until this company improves its communication and order fulfilment processes.

This company sell fake Jellycats, charging full price and will not offer any refunds. Timmy turtle arrived blatant fake and had to contact bank for a refund.

Bought a Bon Ton snoopy. After 2 weeks an entirely different snoopy toy arrived. Clearly a different product. Company phone is off, no reply to emails, address doesn't exist and owner is registered in Morocco. Clearly a scam. Have reported them to Citizens advice who I'm hoping will get trading standards onto them and get this site shut down and the owner prosecuted for false advertising. I recommend anyone buying from this company to do likewise.

Reply to waydiy….turn your phone on or reply to my emails. If you’ve updated your email put it on here or update your website. Otherwise your reply is simply not genuine as there’s no way to contact you and is just for appearance. Yes, of course I would like a refund. How about everyone else?

I purchased an item, chased after not hearing anything for a week. Then received an email saying they could not fulfil the order and it would be cancelled. The email stated it had not yet been refunded, and then that it had. I have tried to contact them multiple times, by multiple emails and via the online chat facility. I have now raised a dispute through my bank to recoup the money.

I ordered the ‘sold out everywhere’ Grimm’s pastel mosaic blocks for approx £50. What appeared two weeks later are some cheap Chinese wooden blocks, not of Grimm’s quality, from a company called ‘Wood Rainbow’ with the rest of the label written in Chinese. This label had been covered with a plain white label to try and hide the fact it was not an authentic Grimm’s - a high quality, expensive product - which is Just downright dishonest. I emailed the company for return/ refund details, didn’t hear back until I emailed them 100+ times (not joking) and eventually received a rude email saying"Go read the description product and try to find anything related to the brand you tolking about" aka. No refund for you! I tried to phone - phone is off. The website is extremely convincing and it pops up everywhere on google when searching for high end toys - and even via the ‘Shop’ app. I raised a dispute with Amex and they refunded me and closed the case within 48 hours - so hopefully this company is now known to all the Merchant Providers. How ever you purchased your product - Amex/ Stripe/ PayPal Debit Card I urge you to contact them. Not sure how this company actually makes any money as I got a product and a refund…and everyone else seems to get a refund for unreceived products. What a waste of everyone’s time!

If I could give no stars I would. I paid for an item and after waiting weeks for delivery they’d sent something cheaper & totally different! Despite numerous emails they will not respond. Luckily it was less than £10 but I would never order from these thieves again . AVOID AVOID AVOID

This is a scam. These awful people are taking money and not delivering. Clearly a scam. They look professional, but they are NOT a reputable business. Absolute thieves and skanks.

Not heard anything for two weeks since order placed and phone turned off. Had to go through bank for refund

I ordered something from this company and waited a few days and i received an email saying it’s cancelled and I still didn’t recieve the refund. It had been a week and I still haven’t heard anything back from this company. I have even emailed them about the refund and I haven’t gotten anything back from them. Disappointing experience do not order.

Terrible experience… ordered a present for my granddaughter’s birthday…which has not arrived .. they do not reply to emails and the mobile is switched off … have spent £49.99 and have no idea when or if this will be delivered.. do not order or gave anything to do from this dodgy business

I Haven’t received my order and no payment or acknowledgement received when I made payment. I’m now worried that I don’t have the presents in time for my little girls birthday and can’t afford anything else. These reviews and customers stories are so upsetting. If you can’t carry business out then don’t sell it. It’s not fair on people. Please respond back to my email and process my refund.

Delivery took ages. Jellycat is fake, yet charging same price as a real one. Will be going through PayPal for a refund.

Complete scam. I ordered a jelly cat bunny for the price of £40,they had taken the money from my bank and no dispatch email. When I queried this they said they had ran out of stock and refunded me. When I checked the website literally after I read the email they had increased the bunny to £80, think it is appalling and utterly disgraceful. Would never buy from a company like this. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Trying to return my purchase after it arrived almost 4weeks after order made. Total radio silence when attempting to contact . After paying £30 for a fake jelly cat, I am not happy. Stay well clear of this site.

I placed an order in December. I've yet to receive it. I have also emailed several times enquiring where the item's are or the option of a refund!

So I ordered a Timmy the turtle jellycat plush toy , it has arrived with no tags nothing , it’s fake, I can’t see my past order on website they didn’t send me any emails confirming my order or anything, Not happy :(

Awful customer service - I ordered an item worth approx £50 over a month ago. When I chased it up as I had no further notification of shipping, the reply was immediate to say the item had been out of stock but was ‘suddenly’ back in stock and if I still wanted it or a refund. I said a refund and have since chased this up twice with no response. So I am £50 out of pocket and my daughter without her birthday gift. Avoid this site at all costs.

Complete scam! Do not order from this company, they send you cheap Chinese counterfeit, I suspect their not even uk based, try to return to process an refund & have gone silent, will have to get my money back from PayPal now, will report to trade & standard, hopefully get the website taken down to stop anyone else getting scammed,
Don’t listen to any positive reviews below they are most probably fake!
