I had a plugins issue. The Waves Bot did not help so I asked for more help. Ray helped me immediately and everything was resolve in less than 10 minutes. Great support and great plugins!

The Waves Company is really all about customer satisfaction, as well as a great product. Anytime I have had a issue, which is not very often, there attentive, fast, thorough and kind to folks who do not have the same skill set as your team. The waves plugins are very reliable so it is rare that I use the support service. With the subscription I use them much more so I recently had twice support requests. I was each time surprised by how fast and efficient it was. I think it is the best support I experienced until now.

My support rep "Ray" was extremely patient and helpful! I had a problem with activation and Ray walked me through the park. Fixed it right away.

Everything would be fine if someone could clearly explain to me the company's policy of openly deceiving its users. For some reason, when purchasing a single license, users expect to be able to install it on at least two of their work devices, and that's what happens, but suddenly it turns out that after a year, they have to pay again for a parallel license. Despite this veiled deception, I will leave my 5 stars because the company's products work flawlessly. But whoever came up with this "option" to pay again is a fraud. 5 stars for the company's products, 0 stars for the fraud who came up with this.

Waves support had me pointed in the right direction in no time. The chat was with a real person who wasn't actually able to solve my issue as they were more in sales than support, but they were up front about that and had the right resources handy. I then took out a support ticket and heard back from support within a few hours. Support offered the suggestions I needed to get the gear running and made complex problems simple enough. Very satisfied with the attention and support.

I was having an issue with a particular Waves plugin. Gurik Zarifian from Waves contacted me almost immediately of reporting the issue. All of his responses and instructions were precise and easy to follow. He ended up doing a remote sesion in order to verify it was in fact the plugin in question causing my issue. He was very professional amd had a lot of knowledge of the product. He ended up sending the issue to the Waves Developement Team to come up with a fix in a future update. All in all, EXCELLENT tech support.
