Great products. I've been happy with every item I have purchased from Warmies. Items are high quality and get the job done. The lavender that they use smells incredible and is very therapeutic. Definitely recommend this company!

Awful Customer Service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I placed an order, and minutes after I reached out as I wish to add something else. All I’ve heard was “I can’t” “it’s not possible” “it cannot be done”. The customer representative boldly stated that as the order was “fulfilled” (specified: this meant the “label” has been printed, they cannot be modified) there is nothing they could do. The printing of a label 5 min after ordering means “there is nothing they can do to help to help a client?!” No effort to resolve nor notable interest to do so.
Very unprofessional. Very disappointed.

I ordered a goose, chicken, and a hamster . I really wanted the goose and hamster. Also I love warmies and I plan on giving one to my cousin. This is an amazing project. I use them nightly, bravo for this amazing product.

Mein Sohn hat einen Warmie zu Weihnachten geschenkt bekommen! Er war total vernarrt in den Warmie Dinosaurier! Leider ist der Warmie in der Mikrowelle kaputt gegangen und das komplette Innenleben hat sich dort verteilt. Die Mikrowelle war definitiv richtig eingestellt. Das habe ich jedesmal kontrolliert, bevor ich den Warmie erwärmt habe. Leider nimmt Warmies sich davon nichts an. Das finde ich sehr bedauerlich. Werde definitiv keine Warmies mehr kaufen oder schenken lassen. Schade! Mein Sohn hatte leider nicht lange was von seinem Geschenk.

Trusted and fast shipping

Slippers were a gift for Christmas. As soon as I removed them from the packaging a few days later, little seeds spilled everywhere. I found a hole, not in a seam where I could have maybe fixed them. Just a straight up hole, like someone poked it.I left multiple messages through the website over 2-3 weeks with no response. I finally got through to a person on the phone by selecting "retailer" in the phone tree. She was no help at all. I guess I'm out of luck

I ordered slippers and an eye mask for Christmas presents. One slipper wasn’t SOWN TOGETHER. I contacted customer service about returning, they took forever to answer and when they did, advised that I would have to pay the shipping for return or they would send me a new pair. I said ok and gave them my shipping address. 2 weeks later, no response so I emailed again. They responded and I gave them my address again. 2 weeks later, no response so I’ve emailed again. Moral of the story, if you have to contact customer service for a damaged product, just consider yourself out the money. It’s a month later and I’m still trying but this is ridiculous. They don’t answer in a timely manner or resolve the issue.

My Warmie Slippers are soft and warm (always heated as directed), but quality on my pair was very poor and the flax seed had already started coming out after a handful of uses. I reached out and Customer Service sent me a new pair.

I purchased items from Warmies on 12/9/23. When Christmas came and went and my tracking still was showing as "Still at the shipper", I emailed customer service. I never got a response and I still haven't gotten the order, and I have yet to get a refund. They don't respond to emails for weeks at a time. I contacted UPS and they told me that my package had NOT been received by them for shipping yet, it's been almost a month and my order hasn't even been shipped. I've already purchased the items elsewhere as they were Christmas presents for my three Granddaughters. I want my $85.57 returned IMMEDIATELY!!!

Be aware!!! Purchase a neck warmer placed in microwave. Placed on wire rack in microwave heard popping and when I removed it smelled like burnt popcorn. Instruction on tag says do not overheat and wattage instructions only.

I contacted support that stated “if you notice the scorch smell from our product it’s a sign it may have been overheated overheating can occur if you use a microwave with a higher wattage than recommended if the product is heated for too long or if the turntable isn’t rotating properly, we understand how disappointing that can be. But unfortunately, once the flax seed inside is scorched, there’s no going back. And then offered me a 25% discount on next purchase lol! As if I would buy another. Nope. Thanks Warmies for detailed information. I used it 4 times. Not worth the 25 dollars.

für 25 euro weiß ich nicht ob sich das so lohnt, die designs sind zwar süß und so aber es ist nicht wirklich warm und auch nicht lange und der duft macht mich krank meine nase schnupft total und ich muss niesen seit dem

I purchased items from Warmies on 11/19. When the first week of December came and went and my tracking still was showing as "Still at the shipper", I emailed customer service. I finally got a response 2 weeks ago and was told to contact the post office and check with my neighbors. Finally, today, I got an email that it's obviously lost, and they want to send me a replacement. I've already purchased the items elsewhere as they were Christmas presents.

Very sad because the products are amazing, but their customer service and response is terrible. If you're going to buy these products, order through Amazon or some other outlet where you have recourse, I've got no items and no money. At this point, I'm not a happy camper.

Updated: 1/21/23 After leaving my review here, the president of the company reached out to me via email to see what he could do to make things right. I finally got a refund and an assurance from the President that they are working hard to improve.

The warmies are great but if the item arrives late or you need to return you pay for the shipping which is at least $15 (item was 29.99 return was at least $15 depending on carrier). Just keeping it since it's so expensive to return.
Responsive customer service and happy my daughter liked her cow. Disappointed on return policy

Halten sehr lange, super Auswahl,halten perfekt warm.
Auch ein sehr netter zuvorkommende Service.hatten ein defekten warmie bekommen, der wurde gleich ersetzt ohne Probleme.
