Quick turnaround on my order, everything about Wares of Knutsford shows supreme customer service and satisfaction. Again like a previous comment, the delivery van left my parcel outside in the pouring rain, as the package was cardboard boxes so it was lucky that the contents survived at all.

Great service from the staff at Wares, item I wanted was in stock. I decided to pick up the item as I needed it urgently and I am so impressed with the new premises and displays.

I am still waiting for my order. The carrier seemingly returned my order to Wares and it still hasn’t been delivered. The staff at Wares were helpful but that doesn’t help my business. It’s now 12 days

The experience with Wares was excellent; unfortunately not with the delivery company leaving the cardboard parcel on steps in the pouring rain without ringing or knocking. The items arrived well before I expected them which was great. All but one jar was perfect. One had a slight chip on top, but with so many jars it's not unexpected sometimes. Always been happy with Wares.

I was happy with the ordering process and quality of the goods received. However the packaging isn’t as secure as previously because the jars were not wrapped in tissue paper and dropped out of the cardboard making them insecure the lids also came out of the bag. I could send a photo?

I always get a prompt response to my order and quick delivery of high class lids. Only this time I completely forgot to order my most used lids the 70mm, hence my order of yesterday! 😅
I’m only a home cook but make lots of Marmalade for the village fete, my fellow residents supply me with lots of jars but I don’t know what they do to the lids😤

Consistently excellent products and customer service. My only request is to add a collection option to the website ordering process.
