I recently had a physio appointment with Shreya. She was very warm, friendly and professional. She managed to diagnose an issue with my shoulder, which I have had for many years. Following the suggested exercises there has already been a noticeable improvement.

I recently used Wandsworth Physio as I needed a steroid injection to deal with knee inflammation and pain. Steve was great and could accommodate a same-day appointment, which was really needed. The treatment worked well and I was back to walking in 48 hours!

Had a number of sessions with Steve in my recovery from an ankle surgery. In addition to the rehab, I was trying to get right for the London Marathon. The sessions helped the rehab, but more importantly my confidence in the leg - thankful to say I completed the Marathon - don't think this would have been possible without Steve's reassurance and guidance.

Christina has been great at identifying where I need to build strength and developed a personalised home exercise programme to support my running goals. She has provided ongoing support and updates to my programme through regular physio sessions and is happy to answer questions in between sessions via email. I would highly recommend!

And I can say that my arm is much better . We returned again for my son who had a previous sports knee injury and Steve once again provided exceptional service and advice . I met with Steve who I’ve seen on and off over the years for a build up of stress in my neck. Using dry needling he was able to release the tension and my neck/shoulders have never felt better!

Very thorough examination and treatment so hopefully will be good in future.

I had a great experience meeting with Kim- she really helped me understand my condition in pregnancy (PGP) and she gave me some really useful exercises to work on.
