I managed to book a last-minute Saturday appointment with Steve for terrible foot pain I'd had for months. Steve was incredibly thorough. He patiently asked detailed questions, ran me through various stretches and did a rigorous ultrasound, making sure no spot was missed.

He communicated transparently the entire time. The cause he identified surprised me, but after just two weeks of doing the exercises he prescribed, I am miraculously walking pain-free again!

Truly an amazing experience and a refreshing standard of care. I cannot recommend Steve enough!

Fantastic experience — Acupuncture with Khushboo.

I attended for acupuncture to support head and neck pain / stiffness, and chronic migraine management with Khushboo.

I couldn’t speak more highly of her — she is clearly a highly skilled and experienced practitioner, and her care is second to none. She created a safe, reassuring environment, shared all relevant information to optimise treatment, and clearly outlined her clinical assessment, options, and expectations.

For the first time in years, I felt genuine ease in my neck and shoulder mobility, along with relief from persistent pain, after just one session.

Professional outfit with lots of availability of appointments with the same physio for continuity of care. Aadesh has been a kind and effective physio helping my ankle injury heal to begin with. Then identifying chronic issues and setting challenging exercises to strengthen the joint to prevent future recurrence and even improve performance. He has been a pleasure to visit and I am grateful .

I had an appointment with Christina Bendandi and can only give her the highest recommendation. I was in pain when I visited and left feeling lighter, brighter and optimistic about my pain being resolved (which it is now). Christina is both incredibly personable and incredibly knowledgeable and also very reassuring. In one session, she helped my understand how my body was working and how to move it to a place where it could work better. Christina was absolutely brilliant and it is without doubt the best physio experience I've ever had.

Steve was great and made a custom recovery plan for my metatarsal fracture injury. Great team!

Just finished a block of shoulder Physio with Aadesh following a car accident. I couldn’t recommend him more, my shoulder has recovered far quicker than I’d hoped and I have the confidence to return back to gym and sport.

We covered exercises for me to do to recover at home, acupuncture, electric muscle stimulation, massage and gym sessions. If you’ve had an injury and you want to get back to full health quick ask for Aadesh!
