There's not an AI capability period. I've used app's from 15 years ago that are way better. Nothing useful. Doesnt recognize any of the travel reservations we had to eventually just print to a .pdf. Waste of money for sure AND complete waste of your time.

It was recommended on one of the travel sites. So I thought I would look it over. The app stated you could use for free but when I signed up it stated one week free trial and immediately imported my credit card from Google wallet without my permission. I tried to cancel but the contact said it would take a week. I tried to contact with a company rep and wasn't able to reach anyone. All the instructions on how to cancel subscription had no results. I removed my card from wallet and am expecting a battle if my card is charged without my approval. It's appears to be a money grab scam.

Says it is free, but it is not. Cannot plan trip unless you sign up for the $39,99 per year cost. What a scam!

Our names and photos were published on the Wanderlog website without any consent. We asked multiple times for them to be removed, and despite long email exchanges, nothing was done.

Peter Xu, listed as a “co-founder,” was involved in the correspondence, yet the issue was never resolved. The complete lack of action, transparency, and respect for privacy is alarming.

This platform appears to rely on questionable practices to create credibility while ignoring legitimate and reasonable requests. I have completely lost trust in this company.
Be extremely cautious and consider reporting this behaviour.

Terrible website with the majority of the information either wrong or at best misleading

Wanderlog is an AI created completely nonsense website, almost all of the information in it is misleading and false. Looking at the place I have lived all my life on their website I am struggling to find any factual information and anything written by a human. What is the point of it?

This Venue is in Alberton, not in Johannesburg,
The write up claims that the venue is in Muldersdrift (Kromdraai) yet the map clearly shows the venue to be south of Johannesburg in Alberton, a city in the Ekurhuleni Metro, which is not part of the Johannesburg Metro. The Alberton North area is more than 60 km away from the Muldersdrift area!

I don't know how this app charged my bank account without me subscribing...be aware. Im trying to get my money bank. I downloaded app a week ago without subscription. Now they have somehow scammed $60 out of my account.

Useful app to organize my travel plans, brainstorming attraction and destinations, and basically keep all information in 1 place. The app is quite laggy and can be improved.

OMG! I am a travel professional teaching travel and tourism. I thought this one had some cool features. However, it is a total mess. Doo not get involved. Things get duplicated and it asks you to correct. It is confusing. I started my trip on Sept 15 and will be gone til Nov 15. I just changed all my info over to Tripit. Wanderlog totally sucks and I had such hope for it.

it's feeling pretty sluggish now, everything's slowed down and I can't access it for a bit... kinda feels like the apps are loaded with bugs or there’s not enough bandwidth.

If we pay for premium, which is an hefty sum, the features are only available for ourselves, so anyone in the groups is still locked out of the features.

Also, with this crazy YEARLY ONLY (very shady) subscription, it could only make sense if you travel a lot.

Most people do not travel dozens of times per year.

Also, the flight feature is not very useful, it does not show the gate (at least in Europe).

Totally useless as far as I am concerned. Paid app keeps coming up with ‘unable to connect, restart the app’. Trying to juggle three upcoming trips, where sharing would have been useful, but I’m unable to make sense of the interface. I guess a lifetime of piloting airliners didn’t equip me for this.

This website just crawls websites and optimises its search results. They very often have several recommendations that don't even exist in the city you are looking at, because their search robot can't discern between "Venice Beach" California, and Venice, Italy for example. Basically misleading, and steals information from people who make the trouble to do a review. Never use them.

We traveled to Japan and China. And it was great! It really helped us. It worked even offline. You don’t need to pay for the upgrade. The map worked perfectly.

If I could give no stars I would. I went to their website to read about a food-and-drink place that we were going to. The map showed the correct place, but their "About" was about a totally different place. So we had no idea 1. What else was incorrect and 2. What place each person's review was about.

I purchased this app to organise a 6 week self drive tour of Europe in late 2024. It was complicated to figure out how to set up dates and times and locations so they were sequential and allowed for travel time and to see it all clearly on a map. But there was lots of information about activities and suggested sights to see. In terms of creating an itinerary, organisation of activities and locations and accommodation and transport was in categories that I could not see all at once in one single place. It is quite possible that I am not technologically literate enough to figure it out like others - but I run my own business without assistance and manage that. The app ended up being too difficult to use in the way I wanted but gave a starting point for the holiday which turned out well enough. I was shocked and angry that the app was renewed without a warning as I would not use it again. There was no response from the organisers when I questioned this.

I love it to organice all my trips. Super easy to use, and the attachments are really useful. The explore section is super practical to discover places.

Great app for consolidating all travel plans. I have planned trips for our family of 6 for the past 40 years. This is the answer to all my travel planning needs! I have used the app over the last 2 weeks to plan 3 international trips. Just ran into a couple of small bugs when trying to access recommended itineraries, but that is to be expected with an app that is so feature rich. Having reservations from Airbnb, booking.com, bookabach and various airlines all in one place is a godsend. And the share feature is greatly appreciated by all my family members. The ability to add your own notes is a big plus. Highly recommend.
