No stock available
Needed stock of an item that had no stock online. Was given a substitute code which was something entirely different. Placed an order at one store for collection, stock was purchased by another customer. Had to use my fuel and time to collect stock at another branch.

Please fix your ordering system
I placed an order and the email confirmation only came through after I queried it with Customer Services. They arranged for delivery the same afternoon but the next morning I received an email to say that the order is out for delivery although it was delivered the previous day. Will not order again much easier with Takealot or Amazon
