Do Not buy from them. Absolutely horrible. I wish I can show a picture of how bad the dress looks. You think it is going to be great quality based on how expensive the dress is, it is NOT.

If I could choose 0 Stars I would. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very disappointing. I had my wedding dress custom made by them. The quality of the dress did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price and the promises made during the ordering process. The craftsmanship appeared rushed, with noticeable issues in the construction, fit, and overall finish of the garment. The final product looked significantly different from what was discussed and advertised.

In addition to the quality concerns, communication was extremely frustrating. Upon receiving my dress, I noticed some stitching was unraveling and pieces of the dress were falling off. I took pictures and videos (see attached) and I sent them to the representative that was helping me throughout the process in hopes they would be able to either fix the dress or offer compensation.

Response times were slow throughout the process, and there were multiple instances where I had to follow up several times before receiving an answer. Important questions and concerns were not addressed promptly, which added unnecessary stress, especially when working within a specific timeline.

In the end, they gave me two options. Either ship the dress back so they could fix it or they would give me a $100 refund. If I decided to ship it, I had to cover the shipping costs which were close to $400! I let them know that was completely unacceptable. So I was left to choose a $100 refund off of a $3000+ dress! (Which I have not even received)

If you’re looking for a company to make your dream dress please stay away from Walone! I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable custom dress provider.

I ordered a dress for my daughter's prom. Because it was over seas I was worried it wouldn't be here on time. Before I ordered it chatted with company and asked if it would be here on May 19th. They assured me it would. I placed my order. The dress arrived on May 18th. Absolutely stunning and no need for alterations. They are very good at communicating through WhatsApp. Any questions I had I received an immediate response. Great company. 🤩

I bought a dress for my sister’s wedding in size Medium. The seller confirmed that it was “Medium,” and before shipping, they only showed a front photo, which was completely misleading.

The moment I opened the box, four pieces fell off the dress immediately. The quality is beyond terrible — everything is attached with the cheapest, lowest-quality materials.

When I tried it on, it was insanely tight. I literally couldn’t breathe or move. I am a true Medium, and this is NOT a Medium by any standard. On top of that, the dress looks NOTHING like the photo. The images are clearly edited to deceive customers.

I contacted them explaining all these issues, and instead of taking responsibility or offering any solution, they were rude, unprofessional, and completely useless.

I wish I could give zero stars. Worst experience ever. How in the world do you charge $1890for something that doesn’t even fit and falls apart? And on top of that, I’m not even able to return it.

This is 100% a scam company.

I couldn’t be happier with my wedding dress experience! The timing was absolutely perfect. I received my custom dress in just three weeks. It fit like a dream, truly tailored to my body down to every detail. The craftsmanship was incredible.
Communication throughout the entire process was amazing. Olta was always quick to respond, super helpful, and made everything feel so easy and stress-free. I felt supported every step of the way.
I highly recommend this experience to any bride looking for something beautiful, personalized, and delivered with exceptional service!

The details were deplorable-I could see the plastic ties that were holding the piece together. The fabric was cheap and pieces were constantly falling from it. In the middle of the night, the corset plastic cut through the material and poked me all night-felt like a safety pin. I paid about $1,800 and I can not re-wear this dress which is absolutely crazy. I would expect this from someone copying their design. Details are super important when spending that kind of money and the video they sent prior to shipping didn't show the horrible detail work which they tried to blame on shipping. The hem was also crooked at the bottom of my dress. They offered a 10% discount on a future order. I wish I had sent the designs to a local seamstress to pay one third of the price I paid Walone. It wasn't worth it in the end.

The dress is beautiful and looked exactly like the site photos. It is a little
Big around the collar and a lil too tight for the glutes. I would say the dress itself runs a little small but the neck pat runs big!

Customer service support is amazing the way they handle everything + the design I ordered is always perfect and when it comes to creativity of how I want some details to be the make sure that they do it for me really exceptional work I love them and love working with them also on any events I have Thank you Walone 🥺❤️
