Mis sold subscription. Cancelled when I noticed this had come out of my bank account. Then 2 weeks later another payment came out! Company will not return this payment and will not respond to my emails. I left reviews on social media platforms which they have deleted. Complete scammers!

A scam company... do not waste your hard earned money
This company is a scam company, this should be banned to save people's money. Even by mistake if you enter your details they try to grab as much as they can with somewhere hidden agreements like no refund and brazen reply that check terms and conditions. Based my experience and other experiences in the TrustPilot, even if you have not used it / used for only trail period / agreed for only certain period you will lose more money than what you think also attempts to take more money
Use your hard earned money elsewhere
They are adverting the prices in Bold and hiding refund policy somewhere in terms and conditions and taking money without their consent too. People realise only after checking their bank statements. Total Scammers

A scam and a trap don’t even enter card details
They just take money without consent or hidden somewhere in the terms and conditions with no refund policy. This seems to be a scam. Once you subscribe for basic usage there is no prior indication of “no refund policy” The excuse of digital app can’t refund is a cover up. I have downloaded the app and used only for 10 minutes and they charged £75 + £4.. and failed attempts to further withdraw money… totally scammers

Aus meiner persönlichen Sicht ist diese App ihr Geld nicht wert. Ich habe sie einen Tag getestet und festgestellt, dass sie für mich weder benutzerfreundlich noch hilfreich ist. Deshalb habe ich die App direkt wieder gelöscht und nie weiter genutzt.
Umso größer war meine Überraschung, als nach drei Monaten automatisch 48,96 € von meinem Konto abgebucht wurden. Eine weitere Nutzung oder Verlängerung war von mir nicht beabsichtigt.
Besonders enttäuschend finde ich, dass trotz meiner sofortigen Kontaktaufnahme und dem Hinweis, dass ich die App praktisch nicht genutzt habe, keine Rückerstattung angeboten wurde.
Meiner Meinung nach sollte jeder vor dem Abschluss eines Abonnements die Bedingungen zur automatischen Verlängerung sehr genau prüfen.
Für mich war diese Erfahrung sehr enttäuschend, und ich würde die App nicht weiterempfehlen.
