Please AVOID This Chinese company.
The goods displayed on their website are NOTHING like the actual goods that arrive.
The dog harness is completely unsafe!!!! I gave the harness a little pull prior to using thankfully and it pulled apart and broke. My 2 x dogs could have been killed using these!!! They advertise on their website that they are in St Pauls in london but don't be fooled guys they are from CHINA. I spent £ 118.00 and the products went straight where they belong " IN THE BIN" I have instructed my bank to do a chargeback

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Took money for a dog bed. It hasn’t arrived, tracking number doesn't exist. Emailed and they said Please Don’t Worry’ it will arrive. CROOKS WHO SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

They messaged me on instagram about my dog modeling for them. They gave me a discount code from some free items but I had to pay shipping. I paid for express shipping and they kept my money and never shipped anything!!! It has been over 5 months now and I can no longer get any response from them

I emailed to tell you the strap under the body was slipping and got no reply. This didn't happen on the last one so I think it is a fault with this harness.

Ordered product from these cowboys ages ago. The money has been taken from my account and nothing has been delivered. Definitely one to avoid.

I ordered 2 flea/tick collars for my dogs, when they arrived they arrived they had sent collars for cats.
I emailed them several times but never got any response. I paid £39.98 for them and fortunately paid for them via PayPal and PayPal have refunded me.
Please don’t use Waggy Tails they are totally untrustworthy.

I wished I had read their returns policy which will not refund or exchange any of there very poor quality products. This company should be shut down as it is fraudulently advertising crap products as high quality something they certainly are not. Please please avoid this company at all costs. If you don’t you will be out of pocket like myself.

I purchased a harness from this company back in Feb this year ,it took ages to get delivered, the adjustable strap did not work correctly it would not stay in place ,then the metal ring has gone rusty and the out lining is coming away at one of the seams, sent an email and I have gone pasted the 30 day refund policy so are offering 30% of a new harnes, would not buy from them again very disappointed with their polices and products

Bought a £30 harness which broke after 2 months, emailed them and got told their returns policy is 30days yes most places are but this is a faulty product that should last longer than 2 months! They only offered 30% off a replacement. I will not be buying from here again!

I have been waiting for my order for over 90 days and keep being told that it’s on its way and to follow tracking information, this tracking was last updated 17 July

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

ordered a £40 harness for it to break after 4 weeks of use.

Was told their Returns policy was only 30 days regardless of fault and given 30% off a new one.

I continued to dispute this where they would open my messages and ignore me.

Happy taking customers money but total lack of communication. No contact number to call just email or Facebook.
