As mentioned in other reviews I bought a Waggy Tails dog harness, and the flimsy buckle snapped within 6 months. I too was offered a 30% discount on a new one, when I actually expected a replacement harness or at worst a new buckle. I certainly won't be taking up their offer. buy cheap buy twice.

Don't buy from this company they sell cheap flimsy rubbish items never arrived and could not get a refund

Poor quality, not good value for money

Although I liked the harness I bought for my dog, the chest adjuster kept coming loose. I emailed the company about the problem but they never got back to me. I did try again but still failed to even acknowledge any communication. So based on the poor adjuster of the harness and their terrible customer service they only get one star. I certainly will not recommend them to anyone.

Great product , and will always use you for all my Bonnie’s needs .
I bought multiple so I could change her colour scheme from pink to purple .
I also ordered the easy on easy off harnesses which I love .
I bought them in two sizes as when she gets groomed ( little Maltese Shitzu ) I need the extra small .
Again in pink and purple .
Just love them .
I only have two thumbs but no fingers , but these harnesses are so easy .

Ordered a dog bed but didn't get an order confirmation so wrote to their help e-mail - there is no phone number anywhere - and they say they have no record of the order and to provide the order number which of course I don't have because they never gave it. They took the money straight away! So now they have my money and are claiming no knowledge…..

I should have looked at the reviews first!!

I have bought two harnesses from this company the first one the clasp snapped so I thought perhaps that was my fault so I bought another one only for this clasp to break.contacted the company and have been told there was nothing they can do about it but would give me a 30 percent reduction on a new one.so do yourself a favour and a possible horrible accident and the dog gets lose on a road and god forbid it gets run over.the workmanship is really poor as per other reviews save your self monies and heartbreak buy from another company.

Purchased a harness that became faulty (clip snapped on its own whilst walking the dog)

I contacted them on social media and they basically told me no as I had the item over 30 days, even though its faulty. They told me I could have 30% off my next one. When I disputed this as it was a faulty item, they ignored me!

Decided to contact by email and literally got the same response like they follow a script! Again, still waiting for a response.

Clearly no aftercare here or care once you have purchased.

Really not worth the price and not willing to solve issues!

AVOID!

AVOID! Bought a car seat cover when on sale, thought it was great to begin with but it started falling apart within a couple of uses. Emailed with photos and was delighted that they offered to send a replacement, however this never arrived and they do not respond to any emails etc. I have escalated this to a claim through PayPal and will never use this company again. AVOID.

I ordered the size recommended (large) for your size stipulated but it is far too small.
If you want me to return it send stamp addressed envelope to me please.

The item was too big, it was returned for a smaller size.
No replacement arrived and no refund was given even though I sent the postage receipt and emailed ‘contact us’ several times.
It is now April and nothing has been resolved

Ordered a coat last November and received the wrong size , re ordered another one and even smaller than the previous. Sent the items back with proof of postage and now April with still no refund . Shame really because I have bought a coat from this company before and it was great that’s why I returned but this time not so great .

Was so glad to get this fantastic retractor lead for my 6 month old dachshund.

Ordered a harness, it was too small. I ordered another two sizes bigger came back in lower quality material and two sizes smaller, even though label stated it was correct size. I sent an email and requested a refund. No response. Rubbish service, really poor quality item.

Very poor fit. Wanted to return but this request was refused. Certainly wouldn’t recommend. Zero customer service.

I only gave them one star cause you can't give them none. The sizing is so far out and varies from harness to harness its pure guess work. The first harness was far to small and didn't meet any of the sizes. The company then offered me money off the next one, when it arrived it was well over the sizes provided. Needles to say I didn't order a third. The quality of the harnesses was not very good either. Stay well clear of Wag tails.

Ordered a dog harness, poor design, velcro sits against my dog's body. When I emailed them, they asked for a photo, which I sent, now they are ignoring all my emails and phone calls!!

Please trust the reviews.

Awful customer services, dishonest and dont reply back.
I bought a harness it comes undone they asked me for a video which i sent. Then nothing....no replies at all.
Please dont waste your money with this terrible company.
