Good Experience

Very calm , gentle approach to talking to you. Allowed time to think about policy , no pushy sales talk. You can call them back to ask any questions.
Rhys Morris is knowledgable and took the time to explain things many times if needed.
Becky in welcome team was polite and helpful too.

Experience with Waddle

My experience with Waddle has been excellent! Ryan explained all about life insurance and everything I needed to know and how it's works etc. Very happy with overall experience

Highly recommend!

Great company, everything is explained in simple terms and options given so you can choose the level of cover suited to you. Nothing too much bother if give them a call. Phone always answered quickly and you get directed to right person/department promptly. Hughly recommend!

New policies…

We’ve been working on our new policies with Waddle since summer ‘25 and they have been extremely patient. After picking up again in the Autumn and much research from Aimee Bowditch, who found the best policies for myself and my husband, I can honestly say we are very happy with the level of service from Waddle and especially Aimee and would certainly recommend them. Thank you

Really positive experience

Really positive experience! Thank you to Rhys for taking the time to provide such clear and helpful advice. I’ve been with Waddle for 5 years, and this level of support really reinforces why. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand, which made the whole process much smoother. Highly recommend!

New to waddle, nowhere compares.

So far I’ve loved being with waddle, yet to claim, but the service has been fantastic, super simple, accommodating and really invested in getting the best for YOU, not them. Clear and concise information, a well presented and easy to follow welcome pack, and when you ring up to ask a question, it’s not a random call center, you deal with your own advisor and no one else. Will definitely be re-investing in further policies. Will be a ‘waddler’ from now on.
