At first I thought it was just another one of those calls but it turned out that Laura niles was very informative, she explained everything to me in great detail and answered all of my questions throughly. Laura helped me get the best deal for my budget. I would highly recommend this company.

Laura was brilliant had patience of a saint trying to catch me. I kept asking her to ring me bsck and she did. Laura found me a great quote on everything I asked for. Great start to finish.

They give good advice! Oliver, the man I spoke with, broke everything down for me to understand the insurance policies before making any decisions. He was very patient with me through out! and I am so pleased with the outcome!

Received a call from Oliver Wilson from Hug Life today and he was both professional and friendly.
He was helpful with talking me through different changes for my policy and was kind and understand.
We even had a giggle when I had to stop mid conversation to order lunch.
He was kind when he called back and overall Oliver had calm voice and the way he held a conversation didn't make it all sound too professional, he is a great asset to his team.
