I made a complete mistake regarding a delivery to my home which was made by Amazon dumping my delivery on the outskirts of my property I believed it was Vyne the delivery people .I am currently suffering with cancer and a stroke .I wrote an unfavourable report about vyne for which I am deeply sorry they returned my postage and when I told them of my mistake would not let me reimburse them there are still some good people in the world thankyou x

Incorrect product supplied
I ordered Inadine PVP-I Non-Adherent Dressings. The lettering on the box is red, and I have been using this type of dressing for my diabetic foot ulcer whenever it occurs.
However, when I received my order from Vyne, the product was different. Instead of the Inadine dressing I ordered, I received a product labelled Solventum Inadine. This is not the product I ordered.
I did not make a complaint because I felt there was little point, as it would only have led to unnecessary back-and-forth correspondence.
I am providing this feedback because customers quite reasonably expect to receive exactly the product they have ordered. If a product has been rebranded or replaced with an alternative, this should be clearly stated on the product page before purchase so that customers can make an informed decision.
Although I appreciate that my feedback, given the relatively low value of my purchase, is unlikely to have any significant impact on your business, I hope you will accept it as constructive feedback and consider improving the accuracy of your product listings. Doing so would help build customer confidence and avoid unnecessary disappointment.
