Activa Class 1 compression socks prescribed for Arthritis in lower legs. The surgery provided close toe , they’re comfortable and fit well. I purchased the open toe which l find them less hot in the summer as I wear them al day. Very good costumer service highly recommended this seller (vyne)

I had a bad experience with Vyne
I had a bad experience with Vyne. I have put through an order with express delivery from DPD a their delivery team as I had ordered medical essentials items and I was in pain, so this was urgent and hence I’ve paid more. On the delivery date, the driver attempted to deliver the parcel to the wrong address even though it is clearly stated in google maps. Fast things forward I called DPD and they said that Vyne requested for the parcel to be delivered on the next day, without my consent. I had a hard time contacting DPD and Vyne on the phone when I was in pain and they couldn’t sort the issue out and get delivered on the day it was supposed to. Never again. I don’t recommend if you require medical essentials.

We're so sorry to hear that DPD did not delivery your parcel on time and attempted to deliver to the wrong address. That is unacceptable and we apologise for this error.
Your parcel should have been delivered to you yesterday on the 4th August – we can see a message on your order tracking from DPD stating ‘We missed you. Your driver Navjot won't be back today but we'll be back Wed 5 August with your parcel. As requested, your parcel will now be delivered on Wed 05 August 2026’. We will reach out to DPD and make a complaint regarding the delivery of your order – we have not requested DPD to deliver your items outside of our delivery agreement, so I’m very sorry this incorrect information has been passed on to you.
We will provide you a full refund of the delivery cost to rectify this. If you have any more issues with your delivery, please reach our helpful Customer Care team will be able to make this right for you. Just give us a call on 020 3987 7560 or email hello@vyne.co.uk.
I hope you can understand this is not our normal service and we are continually trying to improve our customer experience.
