Top 2 for sure!
I was hesitant at first but really liked the style compared to the standard “machine”, and it went above and beyond my expectations. Prior the hitachi was my go to, this may be my next! Gets all the right places. Remote can be a little complicated but I enjoy the randomness.

Thank you so much for giving us a chance! We’re thrilled it exceeded your expectations and might even replace your go-to 😉 Appreciate the feedback on the remote — we’ll definitely keep that in mind for future improvements!

This is honestly a beautifully made and thoughtfully designed product. The saddle style is comfortable, and it delivers a really enjoyable experience overall. My only suggestion… and it’s an important one… is please make the clitoral vibration stronger. For me, it just didn’t have quite enough intensity to take things over the edge. If that feature were more powerful, it would be absolutely perfect. Still, it’s a great product with a lot of potential, and I’m really happy I purchased it.

Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review! We're really happy to hear you enjoyed the design, comfort, and overall experience of the product.
We truly appreciate your honest suggestion about increasing the clitoral vibration strength — that kind of feedback is incredibly helpful. We've shared it with our product development team as we’re always looking for ways to improve and make your experience even better.
Your support means a lot to us, and we're so glad you chose our product. 💜
After cancelling the order
After cancelling the order, I received this request for a review. Customer service is dismal, at best. They tell me I have to wait until I receive my order. Which I cancelled before it was shipped. Now I have to deal with a Chinese company and hope PayPal will support me. Don’t waste your time and $

Hi there, we're truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration.
We’d like to clarify that our refund policy covers three different situations to ensure fairness and efficiency for all our customers:
If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we process the cancellation and refund as soon as we receive your request.
If the order has already been shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to intercept it. In this case, we kindly ask that you reject the package upon delivery, and once it’s returned, we’ll process your refund right away. Due to system syncing delays, sometimes the shipping status may not update instantly, even though the order is already being processed. We assure you this is not intentional.
If the order has been delivered, and there are any issues such as damage, missing items, or quality concerns, we always offer a replacement or full refund immediately.
We value your feedback and are actively working to improve our communication and service. Your satisfaction means everything to us, and we hope to have the chance to make things right. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Nice product

I ordered the product and less than 12 hours later I tried to cancel it. They said it couldn't be canceled because it already had been processed. Almost 2 weeks and still haven't received the product yet. Do not ever buy from this Chinese scam site⁶

We can certainly cancel the order for you. However, since the item has already been shipped, the cancellation can only be processed after you refuse the delivery. We are informing you of this procedure. Additionally, the delayed shipping is due to extreme weather conditions, such as blizzards, and not just an individual case.

Attachments are to (broomstick) hard wish they were softer. Also the alignment doesn’t match the female anatomy so it’s either one or the other.
The G-Spot attachment is just too long to actually hit the G spot.
Think about introducing various sizes that can be purchased individually.
Also please think about a silicone cover that can be used when not using the attachments.
Good product just needs some tweaking.
