The service is misleading and is clearly designed to be misleading. I thought I was booking direct with the Hotel but was being inadvertently being redirected through e.bookstaygo. They put an extra fee on top of the hotel cost with no visibility. I called the phone referenced number on the email booking twice to get the run around from the bots that I did NOT have a booking through them, very disappointing. I called the hotel and they could not help me. All round a very underwhelming experience and I will be sure to NOT get trapped by bookstaygo in the future.

Esta empresa por llamarlo de alguna forma. Me hizo un cobro no reembolsable de manera automática sin meter mi clave para pagar.
Te hacen CLICK BAIT creyendo que es la pagina de hotel, y son ellos.

Se le ha pedido el reembolso de 555€ y primero me dicen que van a hacerlo y derrepente desaparecen.

SON UNOS IMPRESENTABLES, Para mi estafadores, no reserveis con ellos. Te cobran tarifas abusivas, un hotel que cuesta 208€ me cobraron 555€ .
Atencion al cliente NULA, te ponen un chat bot que no atiende en tu idioma.
Porvaor NO RESERVEIS CON ELLOS, Son unos ladrones y unos estafadores. Hasta el hotel alucino con la reserva. NO TENGO NI HOTEL NI DINERO.

Loved the imperial hotel murwillumbah but there is limited parking.
The showers are huge.

Mucho cuidado en donde aparezca esta empresa. Yo entre al sitio del hotel y me hizo la reserva por este sitio sin percatarme. Al final no pude obtener mi factura completa. Además de que todo lo que prometen del hotel es falso

Ce site est une arnaque pure et simple.
Ils copient les sites des hôtels pour vous faire croire que vous réservez en toute confiance.
Au final c'est une URL dérivé et ils se permettent de surfacturer toutes les prestations (prix de la chambre, prix des petits déjeuner, taxes diverses).

Aucune réponse du service client.

Arnaque à coup sur.
Incroyable que de tels sites frauduleux soient encore en ligne pour arnaquer les clients.

Chambre très propre avec tout confort qui donnait sur un parking très au calme

The extra fees and taxes were outrageous. They were not easy to find until after payment. Also no refund offered immediately after payment is also very wrong.

website is good however it was not allowing me to find the right hotel, it keep taking me back to the old hotel by the old airport. This is very annoying as I knew that wasn't the hotel I wanted. I have had this problem before back in october 2025 the same thing happened and I mentioned it in my comments but looks like nothing was done.

Having just stayed in an underwhelming Ibis in Paris, I was amazed by my room in this Novotel hotel in Lille. Very large room, everything modern and in perfect condition. Coffee machine, coffee pods, kettle with nearby sink, large comfortable bed, loads of lighting, and a large table for working. Really impressed
