Poor updates, very poor (if any) customer service.

Constant push for addons - and misleading recurring billing. Including one that was a trial, cancelled and never used (as it was godawful). Showed as expired on the account, but they took subs for 6 months.

When I complained, they said "but you logged in on such and such a date"... Yes... when I was trying to find out who had taken my money! The "£$"£ing complaint email was sent the same day!

Content isn't terrible, but I'll not give then another red cent.

Scammers. Buying a one time day pass automatically signs you up for a monthly subscription. They took money from my card without my authorisation and give no refunds.

Got debited 29.99$ from my card after I've cancelled the free trial that was 1$ for 1video the same day. They say they want to be as transparent as possible but it's deceitful practice as in terms and conditions there's a catch and u have to read it carefully. Who has time to read 15 pages ? They know exactly what they are doing. Just a bunch of thieves.

I decided to buy a 1 day pass, which isn’t a 1 day pass it’s a stream or download one video pass, but I forgot I had used the special before. In my mind, if you aren’t able to use the pass again it would have a pop up saying you can’t use it again or in this case a pop up saying they are going to charge me a full month price. But it didn’t, instead there is fine print at the bottom of the last screen on the order page that says you will be charged $34.95 if you have already used the $1 pass. It doesn’t have a pop up with a warning, it doesn’t tell you this in the total. The total says you are paying $1. Even the email says $1 but with the same fine print underneath.

It’s a shady trap to trick people into buying a whole month without realizing it. Then when I went to cancel, I couldn’t find the cancel page as there isn’t an account page on the site. I found the cancel page once in the past but not this time so I had to email them to cancel. Which also makes me wonder if that’s on purpose so people who buy the $1 pass can’t cancel in time before getting charged full price.

Overall this company is shady and I would not recommend. The videos I’ve watched aren’t even very good and it’s not worth the ridiculous cost of $34.95 a month.

My bank was charged $24.99 when I selected a monthly membership that was explicitly listed as $9.95/month. This is ridiculous. Never doing business with them again.

If you attempt to return to the site and renew your membership:
No matter what you select they will set up a years membership
No matter what offers are displayed they will charge you the full annual price
Even if you immediately cancel your membership they will not refund you

I attempted to renew my membership for a month
Was charged for a whole year!!
Not only that they sent me a receipt for $119.40 but charged my credit card $199.95.
I canceled my membership after only 6 days but they are refusing to give me any kind of refund.

Bunch of thieves!
