SCAM ALERT.

Today I was unknowingly charged for a subscription, thinking I had already cancelled the membership. I terminated my membership on their site 2 days ago and was STILL CHARGED.

I tried their $1/1 day trial, which is a reoccuring payment of $30 every 30 days. Like any person, i cancelled on the day of my trial membership, or so I thought. Attempting to cancel the membership at the Manage Subscriptions tab will give you an error message saying that your account had ALREADY BEEN CANCELLED, which is a straight-up LIE. You have to go to SegPay.com, enter your transaction info, then cancel the memberships there. Even worse, you cannot dispute the transactions because SegPay handles the automated subscription, not BaDoinkVR, and based on their records your transactions will be considered authorized (more like automated without your knowledge). Their partnered sites also do the same thing (VRCosplayX, RealVR, etc.) .

Even as of right now, after 10 mins of being charged for the unauthorized subscription fee, i am still NOT ENROLLED IN THE MEMBERSHIP and have no access to subscriptions for the next 29 days. You lose all benefits of a subscription service as soon as you cancelled the membership. Instead, you get scammed $30 per service even after payment.

I purchased 1 month for badoink vr, as a bonus they gave me access to vrcosplay. When I was about to unsubscribe to badoink vr they offered an additional 1 month free. I accepted it seeing as it might be a good deal. They then secretly charged me for vrcosplay stating that I have subscribed to vrcosplay when I haven’t. The original agreement was buying badoink would give me temporary access to vrcosplay. The worst part is that they charged me 40 bucks for 1 month of vrcosplay? I would have contacted my mastercard to fight the case but I can’t be bothered. Heed the warning and don’t get scammed.

Been using badoinkvr for like 6 months now and honestly it’s awesome. The vids look crazy good, the 8k stuff is way clearer than anything else I tried. Never had buffering or lag either. It just works really smooth and looks insane in the headset. Def worth it imo.

I would give -10 if I could, avoid, stay away from this dogie company, they charge you for subscription before you pass age verification and if for any reason it will fail they don't wanna refund you. I submitted valid driving license and it was rejected so I asked for refund and they refuse to do so even if I didn't get any access to their content - thieves' company

Signed up for a trial. I was presented with an option to upgrade for 9.95. What ended up happening is that I got charged for an entire year. Nowhere did it ever say it'd charge a year. There was no breakdown, terms, details, nothing.

Additionally, if you click "upgrade", instead of going to a confirmation page, it automatically processes your saved payment.

Customer support is the biggest joke I've ever seen. They repeatedly sent the response "you were billed according to sites terms and conditions and no refunds can be processed. This is likely a bot, or some employee trained to give stock responses that deny liability on their part.

AVOID. AT. ALL COSTS.

Videos are ok for VR. But the system for taking money is outrageous. Initial page offers 1 day access, no other comments but you find out later that’s not a full 1 day it’s a 1 day trial with minimal access and it automatically charges you for a years membership if you accidentally click any of the crazy pop ups that come up because they store your card details and share those details with their affiliated sites without your knowledge effectively scamming you out of money without a confirmation page or in fact even an email to confirm it’s happened, you just find out when money comes out of your bank without realising, I’ve had to cancel my bank card to stop it. They need to rethink how they take money and ‘clearly’ highlight what you are buying.

Can I get the money back to my account by canceling the monthly membership?I did not choose the monthly membership in any way and I wanted to choose the daily membership, but I realized that the monthly membership has been activated for me. Can I get my money back?

Great content but the customer service is way below par. Since August my account has been supended many times without any special apart “use a vpn on your device”. I had an account on 4 on their site for many years and right now I just cancel after another account suspended.
Worst I’ve contact many times support and they do is reactivate talk about a vpn is preferred and less than 20 hours after account is suspended again…..
I did really like the quality in the content and site, but customer services destroyed that….

I joined for 9.95 $ but they charged me 34.82 $ instead of. This is what I found out later. Customer Support was not willing to help. Never again!

Support seems to be a bot who just repeats himself. Didn't answer any of my questions.

They don't want my money, fine. I'll spend it elsewhere.

The website download is incredibly slow, and the customer service almost non existent.

I've sign up for the full year (nearly £200) and wish I hadn't.

Personally I love the choice of performers and how they make it work to feel fully immersed in the scenes.
Also love the (reverse +) cowgirl lenght.

All for a fairly affordable price.

I signed up for a 24 hour trial back in Sept 2022. Made sure to cancel within the 24 hour period. A month later they took $29 from my card. Got in touch with Badoink support who assured me via email the account was cancelled.
Like an idiot I trusted them and never checked. In Jan2024 I discovered that they'd debited my card 24 times, running up $429! Tried to log into Badoink but failed, "no such account exists". But yet they stole from me over a 2 year period via their payment processor trm23.com. Each time I logged in to manually cancel the subscription, it would confirm "subs now cancelled" but still they continue to take your money!
Again I emailed support in Jan24, who responded only once. After that they completely ignored my emails. This is a scamming operation masquerading as a legit business and once they have your card details will steal as much as possible. I've reported them to fraud websites and card companies, some have black-listed them as a criminal enterprise.

I attempted to renew my membership for a month
Was charged for a whole year!!
Not only that they sent me a receipt for $119.40 but charged my credit card $199.95.
I canceled my membership after only 6 days but BadoinkVR are refusing to give me any kind of refund.

Got scammed
You pay the 1 dollar trial and get charged 24,95 dollar after. Even tho i had already canceled my subscription just unacceptable.

Stay as far as possible

I signed up for a service under a promotional offer, which clearly stated a charge of $1. However, without my consent and before I could even confirm the transaction, my card was charged the full service fee of $34. The button was clicked automatically (not by me) after just typing data into the form.

I reached out to their customer service to resolve this misunderstanding, expecting a straightforward process given the clear discrepancy. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer response team has been far from satisfactory. My concerns seem to have been disregarded, and the matter of the unauthorized charge remains unresolved.

This experience has been frustrating, not only because of the unexpected financial charge but also due to the lack of proper communication and resolution. I expected better from a company of their standing and am deeply disappointed by how they've handled this situation.

I am sharing my experience to inform others. It's important to be vigilant about transaction details and be prepared for potential issues with payment processing and customer service responses.

Since i rated them with 4 Stars because i was overall satisfied - with my new membership i am NOT satisfied anymore!
The 1 Week access to another network site is now only a trial membership limited to 1 stream or download within these 7 days - THAT was not what i signed up for!
Pricing with discount increased by 50% vs the last time.
They now also bloat the website with 2 big Ad-banners in between the videos on EVERY page!
This is NOT what i consider premium!
Not happy and hope my cancelation will at least work as intended.

On paper BaDoinkVR (with a discount) offers a great value for your money and in reality that is mostly true!

My experience was nearly flawless which surprised me because of so many negative reviews/feedback on the internet about this Network.
My Membership included beside 30 days access to BaDoinkVR a one Week access to 18VR (could choose between 3) and i could use the 7 days fully without any limitations and downloaded alot!
The BadoinkVR membership is still active for another 3 Weeks and i expect that one to work the same.

BUT i have to take 1 Star away because specialy compared to other Networks BaDoink is not as transparent with its Membership Status/Duration/End Date and cancelation can be problematic when paying with Paypal (managed by Segpay).

Segpay constantly has issues making it a real hassle to get to cancel the memberships - but as for 18VR - that so far worked!
I tried paying with credit card before but there was an error (blocked by bank) and i did NOT get any unauthorized charges afterwards (like many others claim).
I still advice to use Paypal with this Network though.

Also to mention - i got constantly logged out which was very annoying and if you happen to get your ip address changed every 24 hours then you can get in trouble because they like to ban accounts with too many ip adresses (many reports about this issue).
So make sure to check your Router settings and keep your ip adress for the duration of the membership!
