Enjoyed the guided tour and not having to wait hours in queues. Only problem was finding viator reps to obtain tickets as they were not obvious would be good if they wore viator lanyard or badge.
Using Vrbo was so much easier and quicker than using your competitors. All booked within 5 minutes, no waiting 24 hours to see if the owner would accept your booking, only to be ignored.

Booking was just about good enough
Booking was just about good enough. I would not recommend unless forewarned.
After you have booked and paid, they make you pay an enormous amount for damage waiver....taking the cost in higher than a hotel or Airbnb. I have never broken anything or made a mess before. It was too much and unexpected. I felt ripped off.

Be cautious
Property was fine. Shower was small for a large woman, *A week after our stay me and my partner have both got eye infection, myself in one eye and my fiance in both eyes* which we know is from the hot tub

Appreciated the photos and descriptions. Easy to book. I am puzzled as to why the host dos not respond to my messages. I have paid in full. I have some questions (e.g. is there a laundry nearby) but there has been no response. Does the host not look at messages until very close to arrival? I would prefer a more personal approach. I am a low-maintenance guest by the way.

No problem with the booking I don’t know if this was a personal thing is the dollar amount for euros versus the dollar amount for the USA dollar was not completely transparent so I paid a little more than I thought I was going to pay but all in all, I’m very happy with the experience
