When we started Valhalla Pure Outfitters in 1990, we didn't need to look to some exotic location on the far side of the planet. Excellent seller!
Before I ordered a RAB downpour jacket from VPO, I sent them an email asking if I could receive it within 2 weeks, they replied within an hour that there should be no problem, so I ordered it. They shipped it the very next day via Purolator ground from BC to Quebec and I received it within a week. I just wish their site would just show if the item really is "in stock, will ship within 2 days" rather than "estimated arrival in BC" ( I wasn't sure if that was their arrival date or the customer's ). In fact it seems that if your size and color are shown, it's in stock. But that's it. This is the only online store that had my size in the color I wanted. So I'm very happy with my experience with VPO ! And free shipping over $49 ! Very good legit seller!

Valhalla Pure Outfitters is the weakest online store and it seems that they do their best not to sell their products.
The delivery time is huge.
I do not recommend this site for orders.
Choose any other option.

Avoid buying online, two weeks after placing the order, the status is Not Yet Shipped.

Best Backcountry Outfitter.
I live in Nelson and before I head into the mountains I stop here. I can get everything I need before I go into the backcountry in one place. I have also rented backcountry gear, like transceivers, when heading for a pow day with friends who don't own one. Friendly staff and a huge, high-quality selection make this one of the best backcountry outfitters in Western Canada!
