I was sent an email stating the item was delivered Oct 17th at 5:44am. This package was not delivered. I was home. I have sent many emails to the email provided absolutely no response. I deputed the charge with the credit card used. The credit card contacts this business and states package was delivered with no proof of delivery!
I paid the card off & cancelled it
This business is a big scam!! Be mindful

They are more than happy to keep spamming their offers via email and tell us how great they are but in reality, they are not even ok, just terrible.
Don't let the expensive looking website and lies about hassle free customer service fool you, avoid and go elsewhere.

Do NOT use this company. I bought an item which on arrival was different to the item pictured. It arrived 9 days ago now and despite 3 emails they still have not replied to arrange return. Clearly trying to avoid the refund. Their advertised ‘hassle free returns’ is absolute rubbish!
Lovely picture but glass was broken on delivery
I received a gorgeous,large ( 90 by 70cm?) picture on Monday but sadly the glass was broken. I sent a message via their site to ask if there was any way I could have a replacement. The picture is hung and looks lovely but just doesn't have that extra look without the glass. I took photos of everything when unpacked. No answer through email and four days later I've tried calling but it just cuts off.
I had a small picture arrive a day later and all was good,well wrapped like the first and fast delivery.
Not sure what to do regarding the big rabbit picture. Guess it looks ok.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I ordered an electric guitar on the 16/3 paid protection and express. It's now the 25/3 received no tracking number, business apparently has no one to answer a phone or reply to messages/emails. No item has been delivered despite their website customer service bot saying the order has been fulfilled, Australia Post confirms all express delivery parcels by a tracking number. Where is my item? I have now disputed this purchase with my bank institution. Advice to this business, clean up your act!

I ordered a lamp shade which was too shallow so I returned it. Nearly 3 weeks later and I still haven't received my refund. No answers to emails and phone number rings until it cuts off.
Probably have lost my £60 but a warning to others. Don't use this company.

I ordered a dandelion elsmore cushion which was shown as yellow with a grey back on the cushion. I got an orange backing and an orange dotted front, not gold
So disappointed. Not easy for me to get out to send back. Be careful when you order this is not what I ordered. Would like them to rectify this .....

Ordered 2 products on Sunday. It says all over website delivery is 2-3days. It's Friday.
I tried calling and nobody answers the phone.
Nobody returns emails or messages.
I left a message saying I urgently need to speak to someone as I'm going away and I still haven't received any notification of my product.
Then I receive a message on my phone, not even a phone call....disgusting service.........saying that they have cancelled my order because they cannot deliver my product. They have said they have refunded me but cannot produce a refund receipt.

I have used VM and the associated outlet a lot to furnish our holiday let.
I initially ordered some velvet in a purple shade to refurbish a bedroom and was disappointed when the fabric failed QC, and the order was refunded.
Erica and Monica in customer service were outstanding!
I was worried I would lose my place in the curtain making lady’s queue, with guests due in for the Christmas period. Two bedrooms are already done so I wanted the third to be completed so they are all equal.
Monica and Erica immediately shipped swatches of various fabrics that we thought would work. The chosen material was ordered with a decent discount, thanks to Monica, and the order expedited.
The Curtain lady has almost finished the curtains and is now busy with the soft furnishings.
Great outcome thanks to Erica and Monica.

Not worth the wait
I ordered some Stella velvet fabric at the beginning of June and finally turned up early October. When I say turned up I mean I just had a message from the courier to say they had a parcel from Riva Home ( who now, apparently, own Voyage Maison) During my wait I was offered a refund but I had ordered the material at a low price so wanted it although I couldn't get a sample. i was also told during this time every 2 weeks that I called that they would A - ring me back B - were expecting my order in a couple of weeks C - they had moved warehouse and orders were slow, No one EVER phoned back until I spoke to Erica in the September who did actually inform her manager of my wait. Monika phoned me back explained the Riva Home change and would chase up the order. I did receive a £50 voucher to spend on line for Voyage however, I'm guessing I may not get the order any time soon if I used it. I would like to say that the wait was worth it but it wasn't. The material is a nice green colour and had been, when I ordered it, been described as ideal for upholstery, curtains and cushions but now described as " Featuring a premium soft touch velvet, providing a luxe appearance and long lasting durability.
Introducing Stella, a wonderfully sort plain velvet fabric perfect for an array of home interior projects" However, it is really thin (more like dress makers fabric) quite stretchy and snags easily. I wanted it to cover my dining room chairs!
No communication no refund or product
I ordered a swing hammock chair, just to be emailed to say it was out of stock and would I like this other one which is better. The fact is it was the same one. They have never replied to my emails cancelling my order and wanting my money back. The phone number (mobile) never answers, emails disregarded. Poor form

I ordered an armchair 2 months ago, paid for it and expected delivery mid July. I received an email a few days ago saying that I had cancelled my order so followed this up only to be told that it was due to 'unforeseen circumstances and relocation'. Call me an old cynic but I wasn't buying that and so did some digging ... interesting reading.

I have ordered many items over the last few years. I have spent a lot of money with Voyage. They're products are good quality and the packaging is above and beyond ! It is hit and miss if you receive them quickly. They do state that some items may take some time. I have never received any notification that my order is being delivered by a courier. Luckily I have always been in. So if you are prepared to wait then don't hesitate. The offers are genuine. The company really needs to sort out its customer care.

I bought a vase with birthday money at the of February. I have only had artificial flowers in it up to this weekend. I put fresh flowers in it for the coronation and it is leaking everywhere. I’m more annoyed as I’ve just received a vase that I’ve ordered for a present yesterday and I’m hoping that doesn’t happen again. Really disappointed.
