Good offers & easy to activate

I completed a purchase to get a gift card via the website.

I activated the reward successfully, disabled cookies as requested, and bought £75 of goods.

They won't now give me my reward, as " it appears that your reward has not been tracked, and unfortunately, you are unable to claim it. This could be due to not accepting cookies, having blockers in place, browsing incognito, or not completing your order on the original link within 24 hours of sign-in.

Hence, we regret to inform you that this purchase is not eligible for the reward', all lies!

I made a purchase and the reward was a £15 gift card - to be used by 22 Aug. I was unable to find this in 'my rewards' on the website. I contacted them by email on 27 July/4 Aug./11 Aug. /22 Aug./8 Oct. regarding this and never received a reply. Tried filling out form on website - just states ' something went wrong' and you cannot send it. Obviously the expiry date had passed. I had given up completely and was annoyed to the say the least at losing £15. Decided to check 'my rewards' today and surprisingly the transaction had actually appeared - obviously listed as 'unclaimed'. Tried filling in their 'feedback form' today and unsurprisingly comes up 'something went wrong' so you cannot send. Vouchercloud is impossible to contact. Very annoyed customer !!

I was due a voucher via a purchase through their website. They initially responded to me when I asked why I hadn't received it and quoted some timescales that i needed to wait for. When the timescales elapsed and by their own confirmation the voucher should have been issued, they then stopped responding to my emails. Awful company. They have now changed the status of the claim to "ready" as set out in their response below- but when you try to access the vouchers it conveniently shows an error message and tells you to contact them for help. I have done- no response yet!

First time I've used Voucher Cloud in about 5 years. I use Voucher Code and never have any issues. Used again because Voucher Code didn't have an offer for Stenna Ferries. I followed all the instructions. Made my purchase. Even sent screenshots showing the screen inviting me to make the purchase and taking screenshots proving I'd made the 248 pound purchase to make me eligible for the 35 Amazon voucher. I was left astonished by the terrible level of customer that I was meet with in response. Essentially it's not tracked . Tough. No recourse to the 35 pound voucher. Time to close my account permanently I think.
