Great company, great rewards and great app

Absolute scam, gift card of 60 euros for purchase over 900 euros on on the beach,after entering email and following link for purchase got confirmation email,and thats it..No gift card,did provide all proof of purchase and then been notified that they system doesn't show an account for my email.?I did enter my email address before following link to on the beach, got confirmation email confirming sign up for the offer.No solution, only excuses.According all negative reviews about high value gift card deals non of the users ever got them.Half of the positive reviews are been changed from 1 star to higher because company trying to improve they feedback ratio and randomly offering some solution to some people otherwise they review rating would be 2 stars.Someone have to stop this scam will have to contact to on the beach who have to probably think with what companys they working,and EU ODR platform as they need to be checked.

Horrible experience. Bought the offer and the claim was rejected even sheet providing so the required evidences including the invoice, proof of delivery etc

Absolute scam. I went with voucher cloud for their

"Free £75 Gift Card for New Policy Holders Over £151 | AA Breakdown Cover Offer"

To which it appeared all tracked

I was told I would expect the voucher in 90 days.

shortly after I asked where the voucher was and they sent me an email saying...

"Having looked into this issue our system shows that your reward was already sent to you on 18th June 2025 and the same has been viewed/opened by you on 19th June 2025 and now it has been expired and we are unable to replace the one that has expired."

This is absolute rubbish and hadn't received anything on the 18th June (including in my spam folder)

they then go on to say...

"As per our terms and conditions - We cannot be responsible for any confirmation emails which are lost during transmission or which do not reach you because you provided an incorrect or invalid email address or have spam blockers or similar features in place."

""lost during transmission"" hmmmm

SCAM. Don't touch

I had an issue with logging into my account and the reward was sent to a different account so I deactivated my other account. I struggled to logon to my hotmail account and the password link didn’t send. Customer service agent has now logged me in via the app so couldn’t fault the service. Very thorough and friendly thank you

Professional and customer driven

I've only just discovered voucher loud and I must say I'm impressed, I've not used a voucher or code yet, but I know it's going to be such a great help especially with Christmas around the corner. I'm looking forward to using them and seeing how much I'll be saving

I didn't realise that vouchercloud offers so much. Taking a good look through the app a couple of days ago, I was surprised how much interesting information is offered.
