The website says it takes 6-8 business days to ship the ordered item. But it did not say that it takes almost a month between the placement and shipment of order! And the delivery of course will take another several days. It would be too late for them to take them back to China and give it my mum as a gift. Very disappointing!!!!

The product was fine, it was the delivery and the tracking of the parcel that was awkward. It kept telling me it had been processed, but said nothing about where in fact it was.....

I think you are getting too slick. Ads poorly hidden in any communication you send. Turned me OFF big time. Just concentrate on supplying the product. No hype!!!

Supps arrived in great shape. Arrived on time as well.

I got the product without delay. Packaging is good. I was impressed about the Canadian brand and the company. I am still using the product and will update the experience after.

The product came very fast within a few days or ordering, and are reasonably priced.

I have not received my order for Saw Palmetto ...and odly did not receive a tracking or order number at time of purchase ... although I have received several "promotional" emails I am deeply disappointed and am out $21+

I ordered my items in January 16, 2024 and the items still have not arrived. Only thing the tracking states is that there is a delay. No other information. I was excited to become a long term customer but now i’m not to sure as the very first order has not arrived.

I was very surprised with the promptness of delivery . The company under promises and over delivers. I can't yet attest to the quality of the products as it's been too soon to tell.

Service was quick & prompt. But the delivery guy left it sitting outside the front door for I don't know how long.
