Rachel, my customer service representative, was excellent. She excelled in all regards, graciously correcting my errors while also displaying full knowledge of all of those elements which were pertinent to my order. I hope that at the time that I next order, I reach her.

They ship UPS but the use the US Postal Service to deliver to your address. I never received the package. My Ring camera shows it was never delivered. I contacted Fullscript and its AI assistance told me to contact the post office. The post office does not recognize the UPS tracking number. Horrible service. I will only buy from Amazon or Costco in the future.....

I just hung up with Devon and it was the best experience I’ve had with FullScripts practitioner support. He was very knowledgeable and stayed on the line to actually assist me to get the changes I was looking for. Excellent service and exceeded expectations!!!

I've been ordering from Emerson for years and have always found the staff pleasant and knowledgeable. Just recently I sent them an order and received my order number. I then realized I had forgotten 1 item and quickly emailed them requesting to add it on to my previous order. They informed me that it had already been sent to the warehouse. They also issued me a shipping credit for the one item. Kudos and lots of appreciation

First time needing to call customer support, and it was surprisingly easy to get needs fixed! Was on the phone for less than 5 minutes!

I love your products, but my issue is this: you charged my account for an auto ship order. The order was not delivered. When I researched it, the tracking said it could not be delivered. But there was no heads-up from Fullscript to me about the fact it was suspended. I would have been much more amenable to the delay had you sent a message when you knew there was an issue instead of me having to do the research. Also, where is the "contact us" click on your website? ~ annoyed

Jade was patient and thorough during my phone order process. I was unable to access the website efficiently due to cell reception issues so she helped me determine which products would best meet the dosages requirements that I have for my patients. I’d happily work with her again.

They were quick to respond and they took care of what I needed. They were polite and efficient. I enjoy not having to go back and forth several times. It was refreshing to be able to get to the point and have it resolved.
