Sent for a size s jumper
Sent for a size s jumper, they sent a size m in a bag that said s, way too big, tried to arrange an exchange and was instructed that I would have to pay return fee, given that it was their mistake I find this unacceptable, contacted customer service and never heard back, but they did manage to send out this review request.
