I went by myself to Dr Furkan for bbl…
I went by myself to Dr Furkan for bbl and tt and I couldn’t be happier. The worst part of the trip was the taxi driver at the airport I couldn’t find him and his English was not good so took me about an hour to find him that was literally the only bad part of my trip!
Dr furkan is amazing very calm and confident surgeon and the nurses and voila staff were brilliant. Checked up on regularly and felt really well looked after. I would recommend. If I want any more surgery I would only ever consider dr furkan. The absolute best and my results are incredible!

Armlift with lipo, amazing doctor great aftercare
I have recently had an arm lift with lipo. I can honestly say that Voila team is amazing. Let’s start with the king himself doctor Furkan. He is amazing at his job. He gives his patients time, he doesn’t rush the consultation. He gives great advise.

The whole experience was great
The whole experience was great. Th coordinators are kind and resourceful. The doctor was great and explained everything. I was in minimal pain after the surgery. The highlight though are their nurses. They are kind and take time to make sure you are well, they don’t try to rush through their work and are overall amazing. I would totally recommend using their services, it will save you from worrying while you try to heal .

I came to Voila Clinic to see Dr Furkan…
I came to Voila Clinic to see Dr Furkan for a Tummy tuck/ 360 liposuction/ Chin liposuction and armpit liposuction. I am extremely happy with the service I have received throughout. From collection at the airport to discharge from surgeon the communication has been fantastic I have been well informed by the whole voila team on what to expect and meeting my needs. Dr Furkan listened to my request carefully and has delivered what I wanted (although I am currently still swollen I am happy). The nurses are very genital and attentive and my coordinator Eslyn was brilliant. I would highly recommend having these procedures at voila clinic with Dr Furkan Certel.

More than happy!
I had a small operation last week with the doctor Dr. Furkan Certel. I really have to praise the clinic, the doctor and the whole team! The first communication was with Janin, a very obliging person who answered every question I had for a year. At no point was I "sold" an additional operation, nor was there any attempt to convince me to have more. There are no empty promises and it is directly communicated honestly what is possible and what is not. Everything that is perceived as too uncertain is also not practiced, which I can't really say in the phase in which I was looking for alternative doctors, as everything was always explained to me as too possible. Before arrival, a Whatsapp group was created to clarify any questions and concerns, communication was very easy and my questions were answered within a few minutes. I had a very nice contact person on site, the lovely Canan. She was there to "interpret" which was not really necessary in my case as I speak turkish but I still felt very comfortable as there was no miscommunication. I would also like to say that Canan is a pharmacist and that speaks for a very high level of qualification and also a different level of comfort as someone qualified accompanies you every step of the way. I would also like to say that she was very compassionate, I am always a bit scared when having blood taken and she did her best to make me feel comfortable. On the day of the procedure, I met Dr. Furkan Certel and he was always competent, very warm and humorous, which relieved some of my anxiety. He advised me and also made sure several times that I still had some questions to clarify any uncertainties. During the operation there were several other doctors and assistants on site, my fears were noted and they made every effort to create a comfortable place for me. Everyone was very kind to me and despite my fear during the operation (local anaesthesia) I enjoyed the presence of everyone in the room. Everything went very well, and the existing whats app group was even more helpful afterwards, as I could ask questions at any time and they always responded immediately. I would like to thank all those involved and send my best regards to everyone. Also a special thank you to the girls from the OP for all the compliments, you made my day that day :). Heartfelt recommendation to everyone, wouldn't go to any other doctor myself!

Voilà est une équipe incroyable les infirmières sont la nuit et jours pour tous vos besoins elles sont à l’écoute et nous soignent comme si nous étions de leur famille. Elles sont toutes super intentionnées et sl nous avons un seul doute elles sont là aussi afin de nous soulager ou satisfaire au mieux. Je recommande mille fois cette équipe. Elles vous enlèvent les moindres petites peurs enfin je ne m’attendais pas à une si bonne prise en charge. Merci mille fois
