So I had my first liposuction and fat…
So I had my first liposuction and fat transfer in September 2022, the whole experience was fine, I cannot complain about the after care etc but after 4 weeks I noticed a big dip in my left hip and my bum looked very unnatural and I just wasn’t happy, I contacted voila and dr furkan and managed to rebook for a second round at a cheaper rate, I went back in April to get the dip fixed, unfortunately the dip has come back but luckily not as bad as the first time, I cannot fault voila as a whole but the dip has come back and I now also have a lumpy thigh, so one side of my body is perfect and the other side not! I am much happier with the second round but obviously frustrated with the dip and lumps but I do not want to go another round, financially and physically. I did have a tummy tuck 7 years ago so I know the scar is probably effecting my hip dip but dr knew this, I spent a lot of money and I’m not completely happy but I guess that’s the risks you take with surgery.

O kadar güven verici, müşteri memnuniyeti derseniz, fazlasıyla var, gece olsun gündüz olsun, ne zaman bir sorum olsaydı, en kısa zamanda cevap alıyordum. Ben 15 gün içinde karar verip ameliyat oldum, ve hayatımın en doğru kararını vermişim!
Voila kliniğin çalışanları ayrı ayrı çok süperler işleri konusunda, transferinden tut, hemşirelere kadar süper bir işbirliği var arada. Herkese tavsiye ederim☺️
Hotel’de kaldığım günler, hemşirelerin ilgisinden çok çok memnunum, sabah oldun, akşam olsun, gece olsun, neye ihtiyacım varsa, hemen yanımdaydılar.
Ben hepsinden çok memnunum, ve herkesin memnun kalacağından da çok eminim. İlaç saatimi hiç unutmazdılar, çok ilgiliydiler, ve güven vericiydi.

My experience here was fantastic. It was a home away from home. The nurses, coordinators,transportation etc was just so spot on, hands on and very professional. I came alone without any assistance and was really worried and skeptical but right from the airport I instinctively knew I was going to be fine and made the right decision. Me operé la nariz con voila y el doctor kaner hace diez días y lo único que puedo decir es que lo haría una y mil veces con ellos. Todo fue de maravilla. Me trataron como si fuese un hijo con atenciones 24 hrs de enfermería. Me llevaban y traían al hospital, aeropuerto etc y encima los resultados han sido espectaculares. En mi caso fue una rinoplastia y yo soy una persona muy perfeccionista y tienen al mejor y más cualificado e innovador cirujano de nariz que encontraréis. En mi opinión el mejor y la clínica y el equipo de 10. Todo una maravilla. Y tengo que mencionar a mi coordinador y traductor Mustafá pues gracias a él y a la confianza y trato exclusivo y maravilloso que me dio llegue a ellos. Ich hatte vor einer Woche ca eine Brustverkleinerung bei Dr Melekber . Ich bin super zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis ( was ich bis jetzt seh ). Die Frau Doktor ist nicht nur eine tolle Ärztin sondern auch menschlich wunderbar ! Sie ist so eine herzliche Person und begegnet einen wirklich auf Augenhöhe !
Aber nicht nur dass ich mich mega über das Ergebnis freue , kann ich auch sagen das wirklich alle Krankenschwestern so so nett waren ! Ich hab mich so wohl gefühlt . ❤️Canan die Patientin Managerin von mir war auch super lieb . Sie spricht perfekt deutsch und das hat mir ein Gefühl der Heimat gegeben und ich konnte sie auch wirklich alles fragen ! Durch Sie hab ich mich sehr willkommen gefühlt und sie hat mir wirklich meine komplette Angst genommen ❤️
Sogar der Fahrer Onur war super lieb , er ist extra einen Umweg gefahren um mir mit Canan zusammen die Stadt Kadiköy zu zeigen . Auch Yesim die süße Maus aus dem Krankenhaus war super toll und herzlich !
Das ganze Team ist Verständnisvoll und herzlich ! Eine Krankenschwester kommt 2 mal täglich und schaut nach einem . Ich würde die Klinik und auch Frau Dr Melekber jedem weiter empfehlen !
Ein großes Dankeschön an alle auch nochmal extra an die Krankenschwestern die so einen tollen Job machen und rund um die Uhr da sind ❤️❤️❤️

Everyone were really good. They made sure to take care about every detail, so the only thing I had to worry about was to relax and recover from the surgery. Everyone was kind to me from start to finish.I am from the Austalia, and this was my first time in Istanbul. I was a little nervous, but from the moment they picked me up at the airport to the moment they brought me back, the whole experience was awsome.
Hospital, transportation, hotel and everything's included and to a high level. But most important, the people was incredibly kind and professional. I had a translator always available, 24/7 who was willing to answer every question I had, as well as a nutritionist, who I'm in contact with on a daily basis, to follow up my weight loss journey. I have zero regrets but will admit I was addicted to food. I found the first week hard but adjusted fairly quickly.Doctor came to see me , he was a lovely man who made me feel good very quickly. After surgery was done i was in a lot of pain but another patient didn't have any pain so it's just however you react to surgery i guess. I was given round the clock care & a few staff spoke very good English

Honestly speaking just stop your search already and book Dr Furkan you will not regret it. He is the best at what he does very professional and has the best team omg. I can cannot recommend them enough. I’m Blessed to have come across him and his team and I’m glad I chose him as my surgeon. I booked 360 lipo+ tummy tuck and breast lift and let me tell you he did an amazing job. He did a clean job and I love the results. It was a smooth journey from the airport pick up to a nice and clean hotel. The hospital staff I was well looked after by nurses both at hospital and at the hotel constantly checking up on me making sure I was okay. Post-op care team also kept in touch to check on how I was doing and gave tips/more information for fast and smooth recovery they are basically always available to answer to my every questions. I am grateful to have had my surgery with one of the best doctors you can ever come across. Thank you to the whole team for a job well done. I had a wonderful experience as other clinics once they take your money you will not hear from them again and it will be so hard to get through to someone but Voila Clinic are always available to answer to you and will phone call you to follow up on you.

Hospitality and best service
Clinic and hotel are close to each other making the trip convenient. You will work with many coordinators/nurses and they are always there for you which is why I would recommend Voila Tourism to anyone. Even post up they are still in contact with me. I’m very happy with my results. Really happy with my full experience with voila clinic and I’d definitely recommend. The hotel was really nice and clean, food was great and the bed was really comfy which is really important when your in discomfort after surgery. After operation, the follow up was good until I traveled back to London, the crew continued to follow up with me over the phone to make sure that everything is going well. And when I ask any questions, they gave me the Dr. answers as soon as possible .. I did not regret this step, and if I have plan for any other surgerys, I would not hesitate to choose Voila and Dr.Furkan Certel, they were like family to me and their tenderness and care made me feel safe there. The whole team was so lovely and nice to me, I never felt alone because they checked up on me all the time.
They’re all very professional and care about the patients and are always available in aftercare.
