Honestly if there was a rating below 1 star i would have chosen that instead. These people have scammed me of my money and time. With empty promises and lies about their "stock shortage" they will continue to lead you on, they even try to "make up" for this by offering you in store credits as a form of a refund. This form of manipulation is straight up low.

Same as others, I didn't received anything and I made the order in march. I wrote them emails and they were always putting off. They also offer me (in may) to sending "another" one, but I won't get anything. Please watch out with any purchase you do on the internet.

I have received nothing. For the second time

Ok so I bought the pentagon puffer on 23rd of March this year, almost 3 months ago. I emailed them to ask why it was “shipped” yet hadn’t left China (I was moving house) and they apologised profusely and told me it was on its way. A month passed and I emailed again, same thing but offered me the full price of the jacket in store credit. Another month now and I receive an advert for the same jacket saying it’s almost sold out! So I think they’re doing like, 100,000 piece runs or something and once they have the 100,000 orders, the jackets get made. I’ve given 1 star on the basis of dishonesty and gaslighting, solely. I like the product and I even like the business model if it is as I reckon above. I’ve they’d told me when I bought it that it was cheap precisely because of this and that I might well be waiting a few months, I would’ve gone for that.

It is a scam! Be careful when ordering from this site.
I ordered a jacket that was supposed to come from Portugal. After more than a month of waiting, still nothing had arrived. I therefore wrote to Customer Support and had the order canceled.
They confirmed that the order had been canceled and promised to refund my money.

After a long wait for the refund, I contacted customer support again. They now suddenly write that the jacket has been delivered. Allegedly it was sent to my old address after I canceled my order. (I also wrote to Customer Support that I can no longer be found at my old address).

Customer Support then sent me a tracking number showing that a parcel had been sent from China to my old address and had been "delivered".

The tracking number does not indicate to whom the parcel was delivered. The parcel has now supposedly been dropped off at the address. I am now without a jacket and without money.

I will take legal action at this point as I do not support such crap. BTW you can also find the jackets on cheap China sites. So it's also absolute dropshipping crap.

Well, now I know about trust pilot lol. Same as all the other 1 stars. Apparently it’s soon to arrive (been 3-4 months) and will be polyester from what the other reviews say…
I’ll update when I finally have it. Offered me “15% off your next order” to say sorry 😅

Ordered two pairs of denim and a hoodie. 4 months later two pairs of denim show up. No hoodie. The button hole is sealed so you can’t even button the jeans 🤦‍♂️

I thought it was a great online store! Unfortunately it's just a rip-off store!
I've been waiting 4 months for my order! Customer service is not available and does not answer at all! They have already deducted the money!

They assured me the item shipped over a month ago after I asked about the "Shipment Information Recieved" status on the tracking they gave me, and they gave me a delivery date. It is now past the delivery date, I emailed the carrier and they told me they never recieved the package.

5 star experience with perfect quality garment!!!! :-)))) would recommend

Worst company ever don’t order here they will not give you your money back amd will ship your items after 7 months

I had several questions and Louisa responded very quickly and answered all of them. She went above and beyond to updating my email and tracking information. Great customer service.

Firstly, they lie about their product (its some cheap stuff straight from aliexpress). For example, they wrote that the material was 100% heavy cotton (it was in fact 100% polyester). Secondly, it took about 3.5 months to arrive. DON'T BUY

Awful shitshow of a company - ordered a coat months ago and still not turned up. Multiple emails and requests for updates but the only (and rare) response was for me to be patient with 0 detail. My parcel is marked as ‘in transit’ but has been for weeks. Not able to search the order and get any useful update. Very disappointed as the coat (in theory - I’m yet to verify in person) is really lovely, but it’s soon going to be too warm to wear it!
