This Site is Totally Scam. They are just collecting Credit Card info from people by just offering a workbook value 1.99 and after that charging 69.00 USD without knowing or confirmation of subscriber.

My experience with VoiceGo has been disappointing. I initially subscribed to a USD 1.99 trial, but USD 69 was subsequently deducted. I purchased the workbooks and toolkit but received only payment receipts, with no clear email explaining how to access the service. Had I received the login details, I could have accessed the service and cancelled the trial myself if I wished

I have now accepted access to the service because my refund request was refused.However, I had not used the service and did not wish to continue with it. I am disappointed that USD 69 was charged after the USD 1.99 trial and that my refund request was refused.

Unauthorized $69 Charge – I Want My Money Back!

On October 22, 2026, I purchased a PDF workbook through an Instagram advertisement. Three days later, on October 25, I was unexpectedly charged $69 (CZK 1,549.26).

I only intended to purchase a PDF. I did not knowingly agree to any monthly subscription or authorize this additional payment.

I find this billing practice misleading and unacceptable.

I demand an immediate full refund of $69, cancellation of any subscription and confirmation that no further charges will be made.

I am sharing my experience to warn other consumers to carefully check the payment conditions before purchasing.

I made mistake and accidentally subscribe for their online coaching
I immediately send them email with request for refund but they refuse to give back my money

Their advertisement offers a workout guide for just $3. I purchased the product, and three days later, I was charged $69 for a monthly subscription to a course that I never signed up for. I emailed them requesting a refund, but they refused, claiming that by purchasing the guide for just $3, I had agreed to all their terms and conditions.

I decided to try the app since I had already paid for it, but it is completely unusable. The interface is buggy, and the exercises cannot be completed.

After reading other reviews, I can see that they have scammed other people in exactly the same way they scammed me.

What concerns me most is that I CANNOT REMOVE my credit card from the payment methods on their website.

Now I will have to block my credit card and contact my bank to cancel the "subscription".

This is clearly a scam, and I hope other people read these reviews so they don't fall into the trap set by these dishonest, unethical thieves.

Its a horrible scam.

You will think that you are buying a Pdf but after 3 days your be surprised that you have subscribed for $69 monthly. If you don't want trouble stay way from this service.

They are a scam website. Please don't buy any product from them. I bought one pdf and they charged me 69 dollar for subscription whereas I clearly never subscribed to any subscription.
