VocoTV worked great for 6 months, now constant buffering which makes it unusable. I have spoken to their Technical team on multiple occasions. They have promised to fix the issue and even offered to reimburse me my money. I have called them back several times and at different times of the day. No further contact from them for weeks. Stay away and pursue other options.

They are crooks
They are crooks! I renewed my subscription for another 3 months. 5 days later half of my favourite channels stopped working. I reported this via chat. They couldn't fix the problem blaming me for the problem. I should use their VPN etc. etc. When I requested a refund of my sub they were ducking and diving. In the end they even blocked me on their chat channel. Useless. Don't sign up with these guys!!

Got the 24hr free trial, worked for all of 2 minutes 20 seconds the said playback error. Same on every single channel. Then got logged out and log in credentials no longer worked.

Unreliable company
This company started off right; however, after I started to experience issues and reported them, although they fixed the problems later, the issues got worse. When I contacted them, they used a tactic to find out about my app. Nevertheless, I have not used their service now for almost two months, and the account is set to expire this December 2025.
I requested part of my money back, and to date, I have not received it, nor has anyone responded to my request. I suggest that all who are reading this use another company; you would be better off.

If I could have given less than a full star I would have! I have nothing but CONSTANT issues with this service! Picture freezes, starts, then freezes, awful awful service! When I ask about it I'm told it's my internet, my device, my tv......ok then why do ALL of my other apps on my device, connected to my tv using the same internet work WITHOUT issues??? Oh their latest is the use of a VPN.......well I constantly have to change the location on that because it causes the service to just stop all together! If I wasn't paying for the service it would be a different story but I am and their NEW form of payment through the gift cards is nothing more than sketchy! Oh and I am always being overcharged by the system that takes the payments! Garbage service! Don't waste your time folks!

I had voco tv very rude customer service. Martin and Roman did not renew my subscription. Went over to Krooztv guess who worked there same two characters they tried to tell me otherwise. Had issues same day after signing up and asked for refund. They were also rude so I know they were the same people stay away from both companies.
Bad experience - they are not professional in dealing with customers

On the website, they offered this service for free.
I registered for a membership and contacted support because I was really interested in their offer.
I was surprised to find that my order was canceled. I contacted support, and they canceled the ticket.
This is not professional behavior. You can respond by rejecting the order, explaining the reasons.
I am a specialist in the field and interested in contracting with suppliers. I was not satisfied with this transaction, so I wanted to share it with you.
They don't honor their refund policy
The service did not work for me, they tried to help me through the chat but nothing was working. So then I asked for a refund as their policy says "We have a 30 days money back guarantee, if we cannot resolve any issue that you are facing.", and then I got ghosted, both chat and emails.
I do not recommend VocoTV at all!

Bad, bad, I paid for 1 month, I don't receive data, access, and my bank blocked my cards. Be very careful with these guys.
Best IPTV Provider So far
I have tried now 5 IPTV providers and Voco Tv is the best. No buffering, no stopping and all my favourite channels are offered in excellent picture quality. Service is prompt and competent via life chat even on weekends. Pricing is in line with the others. I have subscribed for 1 month. However, if I stay happy with the service I will subscribe for longer.

I have this service almost 1 year everything went well until 2 weeks ago when I started having buffering issues, chat was going well I renewed my subscription 5 days ago but the service started getting worse they advise to try another app,however same issue, I requested a refund and that was it I have not heard from them since, the chat wheel keeps spinning ,it is regrettable as their service was updated frequently and I was enjoying it albeit it did not last
