Krooztv 

This service is by far one of the WORST I've had! The techs are condescending and less than helpful. The service is always down, and you have to redownload and add all of your channels to favorites. Today makes the fourth time this month I've had to do this! Needless to say I won't be renewing.

Krooz has been down for 2 days. Anyone know what's going on?

It used to be a IPTV but now they removed m3u8 url's and doesn't support VLC player anymore, They insisted to you to install a player ( unknown brand) doesn't support in Mac OS X and even installed doesn't run in mac due to security reasons.

Their support team terrible. Not recommended.

Channels constantly having outages. Almost no UHD channels are actually UHD feeds, but 25fps hd streams from the 90s.

Almost no sports league has every team available, with consistent working streams, that aren't 25fps.

The quality of the movies and the series leaves a lot to be hopeful about.

The customer service is fast to answer "reported", but nothing ever happens, as they are not obviously reporting anything to their provider.

One of the worst IPTV resellers I've used.

Scammers. No response. Services are not working. They are probably the ones who make good comments.

Their service doesn’t work. They scam people of their hard earned money.

Scammers, do not buy. After 2 weeks no customer service nothing. Payment was shady, should have suspected

Very good, channels working without freezing, very good compared to insane cable prices.

Ditch expensive and capitalistic cable and join this, so much better for me.

Poor customer service. Poor EPG. This IPTV is rated number one by some sites. It's not deserved.

This service AND the customer service is HORRIBLE!! The service is constantly freezing and sputtering that happens EVERYDAY ALL DAY, to the point of missing important news or plays in your favorite show or sport! Then when the so called customer service can't figure it out they tell you that "there's no problem" and closes your support ticket after the audacity to send just those 3 words before closing the chat and your support ticket. They trick you be giving you the server address that works during your short trial and then switches you to the horrible server once you decide to purchase the service. I can't wait till my service contact is up because I'm definitely going with another service. P.S.- Game day is VERY DISAPPOINTING with this service and I'm hardwired to the internet!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SERVICE, I WISH I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS!!!👎🏾👎🏾

Had Krooztv for about 5 months now and so far its been excellent!!! Not had any downtime and hardly ever any pictures freezing up!! A++ from me!! :)

Did a trial to try out because they advertise and promote UHD 4k USA channels on their website and they even have a USA UHD category in the playlist, but confirmed via their own support chat that they only have 720p and 1080p channels across the board, no UHD. But what I really found is they have mostly 540p/SD and 720p/HD channels, with a few 1080p/FHD channels here and there. In todays day where even the lowest tier service is mostly HD/FHD, I chose to go elsewhere because of the service quaility level. The support chat got a little defensive when I asked why they advertise the best quality streams but actually have by far the worst quality streams I've come across. Quality is definitely not as advertised. I would stay away from this service.

All in all, Live TV service and quality is very poor at best, but their VoD library is decent.

I paid for 4connections. Kept losing my favorites was told by Roman nothing I could do about it it a bug in the app. I then chat with Martin he said I never paid I only had a trial period when I told him that I wanted to cancel. I had to forward my email to him to show him. Then after all that he says why are you canceling you just got it? I just explained to him the problem beforehand. He got all hissy. He said he would refund me. Immediately my tv was deactivated. This was 7/13/25 on 7/17/25 I see on my account it is still active. He never deactivated it but turned off my tv. He never responded to any of my emails and blocked all my chats once he knew it was me. I manually cancelled it today 7/17/25 and got an email saying it was cancelled. I contacted my bank a few days ago to get my money back from them. I know they are trying to scam me. They are going to give them 15 days then follow suit. Don’t trust them they both were rude and nasty and lied constantly about everything once they got my money

Krooztv is the ULTIMATE IPTV!! The channel guide is always up to date this app never buffers and the pricing is no comparison to other competitors! Krooztv has a chat with a live person that always helps with any issue and the reply is always super fast and always helpful if I could give this 100 stars I would! Get rid of expensive cable and go with Krooztv you won’t be disappointed!!!!! A+++++ in my book!!

Great tv, easy to use and has everything you could want to watch!

I asked for a 24 trial receive it 8 hours later and it did not work tried in tivia and tried in there krooz own but neither worked. improper user name or password. Opned a ticket to say hey it does not work just for them to close the ticket within half hour and no response. Sounds like a good one to avoid to me.

Had been using this service for a while now ,its pretty good for the price ,Customer service is patient and kind .

The best service I have used. Customer service is always there to assist. Any issue I’ve had in 2+ years they resolve it. Sometimes things happen, but they will make up for it ALWAYS! Martin is the best in the customer service.
