Over the many years I've shopped with Vocla I've never had any problems. Huge range of quality products that is kept fresh by new styles and brands being released on a very regular basis!

Friendly & Helpful
Visiting UK, and decided to drop by the factory to try some tops on instead of ordering online. Staff friendly, and more than happy to let me try them on before buying.
Only thing I'd suggest is have a small area where people can browse products.

But we are a little stuck with having a display area as the warehouse is licensed for storage and distribution - if we add a display area, we become a shop, and subject to business rates. But we would like a separate city centre shop at some point in the future ;)

Excellent all round service
First, my dealings with Vocla customer service before making a purchase was helpful as was their advice. Having stated the items in which I was interested, they came up with a recommendation which I then accepted and placed an order. Secondly, I paid an extra £1 to get a swifter delivery which arrived the next day. The packaging was not only discreet but also very sensible in a firm, small cardboard box which fitted through the letter. box. Thirdly, the item in question fits extremely well, the material feels very sensual and above all they are very comfortable to wear. All in all, an excellent all round service. Well done.
