A good experience. Fast shipping. Reasonable prices. The only downside was that, since the order was shipped to Finland (EU), I had to pay customs duties and VAT, plus the post office’s own fees. In the end, the price ended up being surprisingly high. Thanks to the store, though.

Hi Kari, thanks for the feedback. We have actually now launched a 'Delivered Duty & Taxes paid' service for Finland and other EU countries, from 1st July, so you would no longer pay customs duties and VAT on delivery; they would be included on our checkout. And you would save money - whilst the taxes would not be lower, there wouldn't be a courier handling fee, which can be expensive in some countries.

Hi Steve. We've been in contact about this, and it seems that the colour on one product was not as vibrant as the images on the website, and one product was faulty. We have dispatched a replacement for the faulty item and enclosed a pre-paid mailing bag to return the product with the colour variation, so it can be refunded.
We have a 3-month warranty on products, so if customers let us know about any faults, which are actually very rare, we do send replacements. But we need to know about the fault, so we can resolve the matter.

Lovely customer service
Great range of products, and great customer service. When the warehouse stock didn't match the website stock for what I'd ordered, got a really friendly email offering alternatives or a refund. And then it was posted so quickly too. Just great all round
