Great Customer service 10/10
I ordered a harness, and the size I wanted was out of stock, so Carl emailed me and offered 3 solutions - all great. I picked one solution of trying a different size and he sent me multiple sizes so I could try and then mail (prepaid so free) the wrong sizes back. As a first time customer this blew me away in the great solutions offered plus the trust shown - 10/10 service x x

Quality issue with Tof underwear - refunded
I ordered a Tof Paris thong from the website. After one wear all the seams came apart. I emailed asking for a refund as it was past the 30 days and never got a response. I'd like a refund.
Update: thanks to the owner for the response and refund! It appears my original email got lost on your end.

The order is dated April 2024, so the order is 11 months old, and we have a three-month fault window. Therefore, the item would not be eligible for a refund. I’m a gay guy who loves fetish nights out. Well this site has loads of clothing to choose from, decent price too with great offers on. Delivery said it will take two days, I also had the option to pay later with Klana so I knew it was a reputable company I was buying from. Well worth a look fellas!

Had an issue with my parcel. However VOCLA quicker replied to my email and quickly resolved the situation.
