Wow 🤩 what can I say but that the service was absolutely brilliant from the member of staff he was professional and very efficient everyone sorted in a few days. Amazing 🤩

What an awful experience using this company, I was accepted for finance straight away then took 2 weeks to sort even though I was promised payout within the hour.

I was lied to several times over the space of 2 weeks and had 3 different account managers.

The first account manager Ali kept me hanging on for nearly 2 weeks, after the first week we agreed to collect the car on the Saturday, kept me waiting all day for payout nothing, Ali kept changing the goal posts and kept me waiting around all day promising me that it would be sorted but nothing even though I told Ali it had to be collected that day, when I checked the finance company do not pay out on the weekend, changed my plans to collect on the Sunday then Ali completely ghosted me and never heard off him again, I do hope he is ok?

The next week I had calls and messages from someone else who took the case over, again promised me to sort and never did.

Eventually someone else took the case on again promised to sort this out, I had to book half day on the Friday, went to the garage who had also been chasing Vizion for nearly 2 weeks they were nothing but apologetic on behalf of Vizion. I rang Vizion as soon as I got there and was promised that payout would be very shortly and someone would call me back. After ages of waiting and standing around like a Lemon I chase again, it turned out that I was in the garage for 4 hours waiting for Vizion to sort which made me late to pick up my children from school so had to make other arrangements to get them collected from school, 4 hours to collect a car!

I part exchanged my car and needed the garage to pay off the finance, as this took 2 weeks to sort the garage paid the settlement figure, on the Monday as the money had not cleared my original finance company took my next payment for over £320, the original finance company for my old car told me that the funds will take 10 days to clear then another 10 days to get the extra payment back so that’s another 3 weeks I am out of pocket.

Vizion did offer me a payment for all the hassle caused as a way of an apology for £200 which I have now received so am still out of pocket and time wasted even booking holidays off work.

The whole experience was awful I was lied to and made to feel awful I still have all WhatsApp messages of proof I have been lied to and if this car wasn’t for my partner who ended up in tears I would have pulled out of the deal after the first few days.

The car garage mentioned that they will never use these brokers or should I say Jokers ever again.

I will also make a complaint to the finance company about Vizion.

I cannot stress this enough, if you want to be lied too fobbed off and made to feel stupid then these are the guys for you.

If I could leave 0 stars or even minus stars I most definitely would.

Very great service and outstanding customer support

delays, stress, and being left to deal with the situation myself, I am now at a tipping point. This experience has taken a significant toll on me mentally and financially, and I no longer have any confidence in the warranty or the parties involved.

I purchased my vehicle from Car City in Luton, with finance through Autolend, and was advised to take out a warranty for peace of mind. The warranty involved Vizion Auto, with Handler Protect claiming to act as the broker or claims handler. All parties were aware of the vehicle’s age and mileage at the point of sale.
Rather than repairing the vehicle, I received a phone call offering £250 on top of the £1,250 warranty amount on the condition that I remove my Trustpilot review. I declined this at the time, but the fact this was offered instead of fixing the car has completely undermined my trust in the process.
I am now having to arrange and fund the repairs myself, despite having paid for a warranty specifically to avoid this situation. Based on my experience, claims appear to be declined using age and mileage even though these were known when the warranty was sold.
At this stage, I am seeking a full refund of all warranty-related costs, as the product has not delivered what it was sold to provide. Progress has been slow, frustrating, and exhausting.

a simple refund of the warranty is no longer sufficient.

I will take this further if it’s not dealt with accordingly.

At the start progress was slow but then I spoke to Brett and things moved very quickly His service and communications was excellent

5 stars for Omar at Vizion. He went above and beyond in his own time to ensure I got a vehicle within a few days. Couldn't recommend another company to use for your vehicle finance! From start to finish Jerome was fantastic! After some initial issues with the car purchased which resulted in it being returned, Jerome dealt with finance agreement including retrieving all my payments made and had a new agreement ready in place for new car. Every step of the way kept me informed and gave detailed information.
Went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and would recommend vision autos to family and friends 100%

Gave them what other car organisations had said was an impossible task….enter Vizion Autos, took a few weeks but once Aaron had a tread he was away, less than 72 hours I had part exchanged and I was in my new car. Thanks one and all

Wow what an experience it was dealing with vizion. There customer service and the respect they give you and the way they look after you I was dealing with this gentleman name Umar and he was great from the first phone call to the last everything smashing. Will definitely recommend to anybody buying a car to go through these guys and ask for Umar he will look after you all the way. GOD bless you Umar.
