No Refund given for returned faulty products

UPDATE: still no action after a further 2 weeks waiting for refund to be processed. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt with the review below, but this is extremely unacceptable from a company that raised $130million in 2020. It is nearly 2 months since the product was returned.

Bad points: I ordered a coffee table and the quality was extremely poor so I contacted them for a return and refund. It has been over 30 working days since my order was collected and I still have not recieved the refund. No repsonse to my emails, no contact number to call and I visited one of their shops and it was closed during opening hours. Feel like this is the only way to ge a response!

Good points: To be fair to them, they delivered quickly, arranged collection for the faulty item quickly and it was a easy ordering experiance.

I don't mind when a company has a QC issue the main thing is that they act to rectify the problem. Even thought the product was bad I would give them a much better reveiw for doing the right thing and arranging a refund within their policy (Even if a 30 working refund policy seems very long!)

Clearly a scam - avoid at all costs

Ordered a wardrobe. It arrived 10 weeks later from Turkey in a thin cardboard box with zero protective packaging (looked like it had been kicked all the way to the UK). Severely damaged. Vivense wanted to just replace the broken parts (which were many), but said this would be another 10 week wait - LOL. I requested a full refund. After some initial emails that said my refund had been proceed on the 13th October, they have now stopped replying to me altogether. The last email I got from Vivense was to say that they would keep me updated on progressing my payment - which they obviously haven't done. This company 100% seems like a scam, and I have reported Vivense London to Trading Standards via the CAB. I'm now working with my bank to get my money back from them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

DO NOT BUY FROM VIVENSE

I had a very problematic experience buying a wardrobe from this company. After waiting months for delivery the product arrived damaged. I waited several more months for replacement parts. No manual provided. After correct assembly the wardrobe doors and drawers don't fully close, with maximum adjustment to the hinges. I was promised a partial refund 3 months ago. Each time I chase customer services I'm told the refund is on its way. This is a disreputable company, I have no trust in their products or customer service, and will never buy from them again.

SCAM ARTISTS

Ordered a large mirror at start of Oct. Received email to say it was accepted. Received another email saying it was dispatched and would be delivered by 3rd November. Contacted them today to see what was happening and they tole me that it was cancelled in transit 'due to unforeseen circumstances'. When were they planning to let me know yhis information?! No mention of a refund. When I asked about it, they said 'the speed of the process will depend on the method of payment'. I asked if they had processed the refund .... no answer! Have gone through my bank to get the refund.
Don't waste your time and effort with this company! Absolute disgraceful way to treat customers.

Last minute cancellation no refund offered

Ordered a wardrobe back in August for delivery this month. 3 weeks ago advised wardrobe dispatched in line with order. Heard nothing else so followed up only to be told the order has now been cancelled. No offer of a refund. Have followed this up but looking at these reviews I’m not holding my breath. Please look to spend your money elsewhere or risk disappointment!!

Don't buy from them they are liars

Hi,

I received damdged wardrobe. I raise complaint and they said we will send you damdged parts within 5 to 6 weeks i contacted after 9 weeks and they said we can't send you as we stop taking order online. One of the baddest company in the whole world don't buy any single thing from them they are liars.

SCAM!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This company are a scam! They produce and deliver poor quality product and then make it impossible for you to resolve the issues. They offer 2 years warranty on their website but they do not honour this, they will take your money, deliver poor quality faulty items and then not replace or refund. I am not just an angry customer, this is a genuine warning to anyone considering purchasing from them, do not waste your time or money, this whole company is a poorly run scam!!

Cancelled order mid-transit after waiting 2 months

Truly appalling service from Vivense and really wish I’d checked out their reviews first. I ordered a wardrobe in September and finally received an email in mid-October that this had finally been shipped to the UK and I’d be hearing again in 2 weeks time when this had been handed over to a courier. After a month without hearing anything, I got in touch to be told my order had been cancelled in transit without any specific reason. Mind-boggling that they can just cancel an order without telling you and without any sign of a refund being processed.

I’ve checked their site and the wardrobe in question is now labelled as ‘sold out’, but is also priced as £300 more expensive for when it comes back in stock, so I believe they’ve cancelled the order so they can try and sell it for more. Even if this isn’t the case and is a genuine logistics issue, it’s still a shocking way to handle a customer and the order they’ve spent hundreds of pounds on and waited months for. Fortunately I purchased with a credit card (and would encourage others to do the same if possible) and should hopefully be able to reclaim the money, as I’m not giving these jokers any more time to mess around with my refund.

Maybe I should be relieved it’s never arrived after seeing the poor quality other unfortunate customer’s items, but still I cannot stress this enough- AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs, I am still waiting for a refund on an order that was cancelled 8 weeks ago and keep getting fobbed off by customer services. Absolutely terrible that they are holding onto my money when I am due it back

Terrible customer service

We ordered a coffee table from Vivense and were kept updated about the delivery. However, the table arrived with one of the legs complete snapped off - exposing the poor workmanship and quality of the table. It also looked very different to the images online with a much lower quality finish. After emailing customer services and waiting over a week we have still heard nothing. Terrible way to treat customers and there is no phone number to try and contact them either.

UPDATE - 14/11. They take the time to reply on here telling me to contact them on the webpage which i did OVER A WEEK AGO. What a joke company.

SHOCKING SERVICE

Ordered a wardrobe for my daughter's room, was notified it had been dispatched and was waiting on a delivery notification from a courier.

Chased up my order to understand an estimated date for delivery and was told my order had been cancelled.

I cannot find a telephone number anywhere and have been emailing daily asking for my money back.

Absolutely DISGRACEFUL customer service - DO NOT purchase from them.

You won't be the lucky exception

I placed my order on 26th of September without checking the reviews and cancelled the same order the next day after reading all the negative feedback. The confirmation email for the cancellation says that I will have my money back in 14 days. It's been 33 business day ( almost 7 weeks ) and I'm still waiting.
Do not trust this company, don't give them a chance, don't think that you will be the lucky exception. You won't be!

Awful the way they treat customers

Awful the way they treat customers. My item was ordered in June and never delivered. The refund is still outstanding and loads of excuses. Do not buy here, they don't care about customers.

Terrible company

Terrible company, they are a go between company. Products are fine, unfortunately, everything else is absolutely atrocious. We waited 2 months for a bathroom cabinet. It arrived, damaged. We then waited 2 further months. Then they canceled the order. Possibly gone bust. Do not order from this middle man company.

Dreadful- don’t shop here.

Dreadful. Waiting 8 weeks for an order and when I chased they told me it had been cancelled in transit.

It is now 2 weeks since they told me my order was cancelled and I have not had a refund or been given any sort of answer about when to expect one. I would not advise anyone to shop here.

I think they have gone bust

I think they have gone bust! No new sales means they a shutting up shop normally. If you have bought on a credit card contact them to get your refund, chances of getting it out of these guys will be slim. They are replying to my emails, but pretty sure it’s a generic bot response. Good luck!

SCAM!!! 7 weeks no refund!

SCAM!!! 7 weeks no refund! Items were returned and refund requested. I received confirmation the return had been received and accepted and the refund had been processed. Was told the refund waiting period is 30 business days!! Even waiting 30 business days is bad enough, it has already been 33 business days and still no refund. Shocking service stay well clear.

Six months waited and it's cancelled

Five months we waited for the wardrobe to be told it was lost in transit. A new one would be sent out they said. We waited another month to be told our order is cancelled completely and we will get a refund. Hopefully we will get that before the end of the year....
