Placed order for size 48 shoes but they sent size 44. As per their return policy, errors Vivano make they say they will pay for return postage. But no! All my attempts to get a FREE POSTAGE return label have failed. They started by offering 15% refund if I keep the shoes, then increased this to 30% after I complained. Then 50% refund. Even when I quoted their own return policy to them, they just insisted that I pay return postage to China.

I'm now taking this to UK trading standards.

The quality is so bad they’ve gone straight in the bin. Not anything like what I ordered =wrong size. Plastic rubbish from china.

They are based in china not in London. The quality of the items is less then Temu standards. You have to pay to posted back to China if you don't like the item. Never Again!

I placed a Christmas gift order Dec 12 and Vivano claims it was delivered to my office. I own the business and the building they claim it was delivered to, and no such delivery was made.
They refuse to refund or replace the order.
Their customer service people are instructing me to contact the USPS and ask for proof of delivery...
I would rather spend my time ruining their reputation online.
VIVANO LONDON IS A SCAM COMPANY AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED!

Delivery wasvery late despite sending a few emails.
Quality was very poor, tottaly different from description and the high price I paid. Refund was very difficult and no refund.
If you don't want to get disappointed please don't shop from them .

Like all the other reviews my purchase was so disappointing . I purchased a multicoloured cardigan with the understanding that it was cashmere but no it was 100% Acrylic rubbish .
I disposed of it pronto by adding it to my charity bag at least some good might come of it .
I to though it was a London company and so annoyed that I didn’t take the time to read the reviews before ordering —- lesson learnt .

Avoid this company. Terrible quality scarf. Supposed to be cashmere but cheap Chinese rubbish. Took ages to arrive.

Chelsea Boots arrived and looked nothing like the pictures. They are 100% plastic, terrible rubber soles and very very low quality unlike the description. They are masquerading as a UK company but are based in China. The returns policy on SHOP.com is a lie!!!
They will give you an address in China to send goods back that they know will unlikely reach them or will cost as much as the good themselves so will offer a partial refund at 15% and keep the goods. I would throw them in the bin or donate them. I believe they deliberately send very poor products as most people just take the partial refund. Its a scam and you should not buy anything from them. Be WARNED!!!!

Same experience as everyone else. Was misled into believing it was a London based company selling quality merchandise, so paid extra over other items online.This is the a scam,dont put yourself through the anxiety of not knowing whether the item will come,stick to more established sites,lesson learnt .go to reviews first before ordering

I ordered a 'cashmere' cardigan from Vivano of London. They're not in London..They're in China...no surprise there!
The cardigan that arrived is definitely not cashmere..more like a cheap nylon mix from a market.
Now I have to return it to China..at my expense!
If I could give no stars I would.

Scam company- bought a coat that did not represent the photos online. They state that they provide returns on their website - they don't.

Terrible shipping, takes a month (litetally), and they have horrible customer service. Google
should remove them

Not even worth 1 star, keep your money in your pocket and avoid the risk of being disappointed. Ordered a scarf, gloves and hat set, no email or text confirmation, fortunately I managed to screenshot their website which did provide an order number. Nothing arrived, checked their 'track your parcel' on the website, no record of my order, tried to call their number to find it had been disconnected. Glad I paid on the cc!

Do not buy off this site it is poor. Ordered a hat £44.95 it came bag had already been opened, no labelling on product not even a wash label or fabric etc. poor quality.

Rip off

Bought some boots after checking here first, the fake reviews made it look like they had 4*s at the time so I thought they were legit. I see now the bad reviews are gathering momentum !
The quality is laughable honestly. The sole is made of like polystyrene. They didn’t even arrive in a shoe box. Just folded up! I’ve reached out to return. They say responded in another language, I ran it through google translate. I can get 15% back or return them to China. I want a full refund but how do I know they will refund me if I send them at more cost? Not sure where I stand but I am so annoyed. The company is not in London, the ‘shoes’ wouldn’t last a day if I wore them outside. Where do I go from here??
