Ottimi prodotti, un po' cari (ma ci sta visto che sono innovativi e funzionano bene). aConsegna lentissima

Da quando uso Shelfy in effetti ho notato un miglioramento nei prodotti tenuti in frigo, ovviamente per quelli freschi come verdura o frutta. Non ci sono cattivi odori e soprattutto monitora temperatura e qualità dell'aria. Nota negativa per l'ingombro e soprattutto l'autonomia che tende a diminuire sempre di più nel tempo.
Per quanto riguarda l'altro prodotto comprato, il piccolo elimina odori, oggettivamente non noto una grossa differenza con prima, ma forse dipende dove viene messo.

After i start to use this Shelvy device i feel more confidence on use the food that i store in my fridge...first feeling when i open the door is that is no bad smells , the air is fresh and your food feels more fresh. The app is so easy and i find it quit fun to use. Is a great feeling when you know your food is protected and your fridge odour free. Great product. Highly recommend.

Finora tutto quello che ho acquistato da voi l'ho trovato ottimo. Nel frigorifero frutta e verdura si conservano meglio e più a lungo, gli odori sono scomparsi.

Parece que funciona desde el primer momento, no hay olores en el frigorífico. Seguiré probando en espacios pequeños.
El envío muy rapido, más de lo planeado. Calidad del producto, muy bueno asi como sus materiales. De momento muy satisfecho, ya veremos si los 10 años que prometen son ciertos.

Ho scoperto Vitesy cercando soluzioni efficaci e sostenibili per migliorare la qualità dell’aria in casa e conservare meglio gli alimenti nel frigorifero. Ho acquistato sia il purificatore d’aria Natede sia il dispositivo per il frigorifero Shelfy e sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dai risultati.

Nel frigorifero gli odori si sono notevolmente ridotti e gli alimenti sembrano mantenersi freschi più a lungo. Per quanto riguarda l’aria di casa, l’ambiente risulta più piacevole e fresco. Oltre all’efficacia dei prodotti, ho apprezzato molto la cura dei dettagli, il design moderno e l’attenzione all’ambiente.

È raro trovare un’azienda che riesca a coniugare innovazione, qualità e sostenibilità in modo così convincente. Esperienza d’acquisto positiva e prodotti che mantengono davvero ciò che promettono. Consigliatissima!

They are running scams on project funding pages such as Kickstarter. Over a year since I pledged and nothing to show for it.

backed shelfy lite on kickstarter, they got my money then asked for shipping then said we are not going forward with the production! at least refund my money

The downside is the connection between the app and device some times a bit slow

Awful company, they broke the promise and can't keep up with their lies.
Failed Kickstarter crowdfunding project and they even can't give the gift card to amend their error.
Meanwhile they've launched a new crowdfunding project on Indiegogo (because they know people wouldn't fund them again on Kickstarter) and on Kickstarter they're just openly lying.
Never again Vitesy, I want my money back you liars!

Le idee e la realizzazione dei prodotti sono sempre molto interessanti

J'ai acheté le purificateur Shelfy pour mon frigo, et je confirme qu'il fonctionne très bien ! J'habite seule et je ne ressens plus le stress de devoir finir rapidement mes produits frais : je peux les laisser minimum 2 semaines dans le frigo !

I do love their products, Hands down. The refrigeration purification unit is my favorite. There was some confusion with the customs fees Which I had to pay, but then Vitesy kindly reimbursed me for it.

1. Delivery took a very long time. 2. I had to pay an unexpected tariff fee. I would have liked to be warned about that. Other overseas purchases I have made have provided a warning. 3. Planter packaging was terrible. Planter is scratched from the "rocks" coming out of plastic packaging. Dust and rocks everywhere. Still working on cleaning it up and seeing if it works.

Customer Service contacted me to clear up the issue of duties and was courteous and thoughtful and this review is meant to replace the earlier one I provided. I've been using the Vitesy refrigerator product for months and it keeps the contents fresher. I've just started using the passive Deo product; it looks good out of the box and I'm hoping that 1 unit will keep the air in our sedan fresher.

US customers should be aware that there is an import tariff of over 20%. I purchased a few products from the Vitesy website on December 2025 and received a FedEx invoice requesting import tariff payment in May 2026. I believe there should be much more transparency regarding these fees on their website.

Had I been aware that I would be charged an additional import duties, I would not have proceeded with the purchase from the website. It was not clear during my purchase process that they don't have a US-based warehouse and that they will be shipping the products from Italy. These significant extra costs should be more clearly disclosed to US customers during the checkout process rather than being buried in terms and conditions...

Customer support refunded me the amount I had to pay for tariffs and now include these additional costs at checkout

Update, Fedex improperly charged me. Vitesy's Martina was spoton in getting this straightened out and the fee refunded to me. I have the refrigerator Vitesy and love it. Now I have 6 of these new items and am very happy with the products. I joined this company since it's inception and trust them and their products. It is with pleasure that I update this review.
