Veggies seem to be lasting longer
The product is easy to setup and use. I’m noticing the fridge smelling better and veggies appear to be lasting longer since we started deploying Vitesy. Eco setting battery lasts 30 days which feels like a doable charging cadence.

Excellent experience with Vitesy Deo in the lockers
Excellent experience with Vitesy from start to finish. The Deo units have been installed in our members’ lockers at our Private Club and we have already noticed a clear improvement in odour control, despite the devices requiring no batteries or external power source. The Vitesy team has also been extremely responsive, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommended.

Not Looking Good!
I understand delays happen when bringing projects to the finish line. But I also understand that if you're going to crowdfund on Kickstarter, you should have your supply chain and logistics figured out beforehand. The project was fully funded, 1,207% over the funding request, on June 10, 2025.
I never opted for the gift card myself, since the product was supposed to ship this summer and I was still hopeful at the time. But if you're confused by the gift card situation that other reviews are referencing: in their Kickstarter update, they said the delay comes down to needing "the corrected data from Kickstarter reflecting these refunds" and that it's "a customized service being handled by their engineering team" taking longer than expected. Is Kickstarter's engineering team really that slow?
On June 24, 2026, not even on Kickstarter, where they've pinned positive questions and reviews to the top of their comments section, but here on Trustpilot, they said in a response that they “just decided to improve the product and ship it next year.” When, exactly?
Economies around the world are struggling, and that means people are struggling too. People backed this project to keep food fresher for longer and save money, not to wait years for a product that may never arrive. As a word of advice: when something goes terribly wrong, refunding backers isn't just good business practice. It's smart PR and damage control.

To clarify the delay: yes, it's tied to Kickstarter, as the data we've received from them hasn't been 100% accurate, and we've had to go back and forth to get it corrected. We want to make sure every backer receives the correct amount for the gift card, including taxes and shipping.
For the new version of Shelfy, we'll keep you updated directly on Kickstarter every month, so you always have visibility into what's happening behind the scenes.
We know this doesn't make up for the wait, and we take your feedback about communication and timing seriously. But this isn't our first crowdfunding campaign and we know that delays are normal and it's important for us to keep you always updated - and it's what we're doing! We're continuing to work through this and will keep updating backers as things move forward. Thank you very much for your support.

Questo prodotto aiuta molto nella durata di vita dei prodotti da frigo. L’unica pecca è che la batteria dura poco e bisogna stargli dietro. L’applicazione in tutto questo aiuta e chiarisce alcuni aspetti e predisposizione del cibo in frigo.

Nearly good enough.
Well, product delivered promptly and right first time.
Products have been put in various toilets and wardrobes. I would say they do not cover the smell in a little used toilet/showr-room. But in general seem to do what they are sold on.

Great customer service and smooth…
Great customer service and smooth shipping process. My Shelfy is already making the fridge noticeably fresher. Still not sure if my Vitesy Deo appliances are working - it probably takes a while for them to have an effect? - but they are certainly easy to use.

dopo un anno, molto soddisfatto
ho comprato il shelfy per il frigorifero un anno fa, sono molto soddisfatto, i prodotti durano effettivamente più tempo e in condizioni migliori. ne ho regalato uno e la persona che l'ha ricevuto è stata ugualmente soddisfatta. sto pensando ora a un depuratore d'ambiente dato che ho qualche problema di muffa in casa.

Ho comprato un primo prodotto di questa azienda, il Vitesy Deo è sono molto soddisfatto, eilimina completamente gli odori. Ora ho prenotato su Indiegogo il portafrutta che allunga la durata della frutta. Se la qualità è la stessa del primo prodotto che ho acquistato ne sarò molto contento.
