I wish I would read this before I placed my order. After over 2 weeks still no sign of my parcel. Just emails - sorry, don't have your choosen flavour, its on a way, will be by tomorrow , etc. SCAM, avoid AVOID! Contact with them is only over the emial, and they lying all the time. Seems loke I need to start a chargeback process with my credit card provider..

I really wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. I have been ripped off like the many reviews before me.

Firstly they don't have the items in stock that are listed on their website. They offered me an alternative option and then took 10 days to dispatch.

They sent frozen items via standard Royal Mail delivery which resulted in the items being defrosted & inedible on delivery.

I am now stuck in an endless cylcle of them asking me if I want a refund or replacement. With my response each time being that I would like a refund. Then they ignore me untill I reach out again. Rinse and repeat.

I have now idea how they're allowed to operate a business like this.

I’ve not received my purchase. I’ve written two emails to customer service (no response) then to Jethani Yogesh ( manager) with just a response saying they will get back to me, but they haven’t. I’ve requested to cancel the order and get a full refund, but I have achieved nothing. A scam company

First time ordering from this company and I was really happy with the ease and simplicity of the experience. Would definitely order again!!

I also have had a bad experience with this company. Only received one item off my order and was kept being told the rest would be sent out, it’s due in next week. After months of this I was fed up and asked to be refunded for the balance of the order which was over £70. After a string of emails and being told it was coming, I never received it. Worst company I have ever dealt with, it does need reporting.

A bit slow, but not too bad, considering I order over Easter. I did have a look on this site and was a bit concerned, so dropped them an email asking them when I might expect the order. I had been told a few days before that it was being processed but then nothing. Shipping update 1 hour after sending email, and reply from Emma a further hour later with an apology for delay. Arrived the day after.

Like every other review on here, two weeks later and no order has been received. Requested a refund twice but Emma assures me the order has been processed. Hmm it’s said processing since 1 April! Wish I’d read these reviews before buying from the company.

Waited nearly 3 weeks for my order to arrive, they sent less than half my order, no contact from them to explain or apology. 3 weeks later I’m still waiting for the rest of my order to be delivered.

Company is a scam! Avoid at all costs. Order not received - asked for a refund , lots of emails bounced back and forth between myself Jogesh without any resolution after 4 weeks. email responses were in the form of vague and unprofessional one liners, and it was obvious they were just deferring the issue rather than addressing it. Company should not be in operation. Needs to be reported to the Trading Standards.

should be banned from ebay. An absolute joke of a company lost £ 19 because I'm fed up of chasing after many promises.

These guys offer some great products. They are also great at responding to customer service questions etc. Yodel messed up my delivery and Emma on their team helped me out. All good in the end. 👍🥰

I’d give it no stars if I could. Order had not been dispatched 2 weeks after order. Cancelled order and they agreed to refund but then a week later said they were going to dispatch. Said again wanted a refund and but yo dispatch but am still waiting 2 weeks later. Avoid under all circumstances. Diabolical!

Eight weeks after ordering cosmetic goods items and after an extended string of email 'anticipated dispatch' indications from their customer services contact, which have gone by without further advice, it has proved necessary to request / require a refund.

Please proceed carefully if ordering items from this supplier.
