Beautiful designs! Unfortunately I've had quality issues twice out of my three orders.Specifically, I had quality problems with the Lift ring (crooked/bent) and the Sway necklace (arrived with defect/scratch on the pendant). Customer service allowed a refund for the ring, but it was a hassle. I haven't reached out abut the necklace yet because I don't know whether it's worth the headache. Can't find a way to leave a review on the website, which is kind of shady.

The customer service was 10/10 and the communication was very fast and friendly. They answered all of my concerns almost immediately, shipping was super fast (3 days) and the jewelry looks even better in person. no complaints

Unique pieces, and the returns process was good. I miss-ordered a piece (silver instead of black finish), and the email support was able to correct my mistake within 15 minutes

On top of fact that Vitaly Design makes unique pieces, their customer service was beyond helpful in crises mode. I’ve ordered stuff in the pass, that I have received compliments on, so I most definitely will be ordering again from them. Have a great day all.

Love the products, clean but but bold designs, different varieties, etc. Customer service is quick and professional, resolves issues immediately and goes above and beyond to remedy the situation. Will definitely continue buying from them!

This company claims that their jewelry will not tarnish or just color and I bought a bracelet from them and it tarnished and is discolored and they will not back up their warranty on it. The warranty is only good for malfunctions with the product which is totally ridiculous. I will never use this company again, horrible customer service. I wouldn’t even give it a one star, but you don’t have the option not

I ordered a preorder piece in March with an approximate 100+ day waiting period. It looks like a piece worth waiting for. Just yesterday I saw it was on sale, still as a preorder and contacted Vitaly to see if I could be refunded the difference in price as I had prepaid. Their response was immediate, with a refund for the difference. I appreciate this level of customer service and am looking forward to receiving my piece, hopefully by summer.

Been buy from them for years and I even changed my order and they sent me both pieces. May have been by accident but I was shocked. Also their rings and necklaces are beautiful and well crafted. Packaging on point. Love them! Def try!

Helped with my exchange smoothly

Vitaly jewelry is amazing quality and their support matches that quality. I recently had a return due to the fit not being right on a chain I bought which was my mistake. Sent it back and when it had been a while with no updates I reached out. Within a couple hours the customer support team had issued the store credit I was waiting for. Great work!

I placed an order on 3/7/26. On 3/13/26 the order had not shipped yet and I decided I no longer wanted it so I reached out and requested the order be canceled. They responded with typical "it may not be showing that it shipped but it's in the packaging stages and can't be canceled." It absolutely can be. I advised that I wouldn't even be opening the package and would be immediately sending it back, so it would be a waste of time and money on both ends. The fact that they are making it this difficult to cancel an order that hasn't shipped for 5 business days is a red flag. They take your money quickly but when it comes to making things right, it's a hassle. Stay clear.

Bisher nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich besitze mehrere Stücke von Vitaly. Eine Kette ist nach einiger Zeit kaputt gegangen. Vitaly hat, wie versprochen, die Kette ohne Anstand ersetzt und mir eine neue zukommen lassen. Sonst hatte ich nie Probleme mit der Qualität von den Produkten. Außerdem muss ich sagen das mir die Designs sehr gut gefallen und der Kundenservice gut zu erreichen war.

Awful company, don't buy - quality control is non-existent.
Received two jewels from them, one clasp works only on 1 position out of 3, the other one works flawlessly but came all scratched - I'd say they sent me a used piece, no way it was new as advertised.
Contacted them the very same delivery day with photos and videos of the defects, warranty refused.
Don't buy - the pieces are spectacular, but you'll be lucky if they works - and the company will never address this and their warranty is false!

UPDATE: great and false answer from the seller, they never requested the items back (which I would have gladly sent, provided they paid the shipping since they sent faulty objects, as specified in my written claim) sent two videos, one you clearly can see the closing mechanism not working apart from one position out of three, I'd be glad to upload it here too to show it globally ;)
I'd be glad to show the world the other pictures too here of the one small archangel cuff who came all scratched - pics as clear as day
They first refused to honor their fantastically advertised warranty (not certaily the first time by reading other multiple reviews), so I was forced to make the claim through PayPal then, providing the same proof (that I'd be glad to share with the world)

STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY

I had purchased a beautiful bracelet from Vitaly and only had it for a couple of months. Unfortunately, the gem stone broke off and even if I wanted to, I couldn't put it back on. I sent an email to customer support with some photos and within 6 hours I got an email confirmation of another bracelet sent to me. Absolutely amazing service and very reliable brand and company. Love their accessories and plan on repurchasing in the future.

Big shout out to Archie and Kris, the best customer support agents I have ever had. I placed an order, there were some issues with the tracking and the delivery and it was returned. Archie and Kris were amazing in supporting me with this issue. I didn’t wait long for a response and they were on it! Thanks to them, I got my order and obsessed with it!

The customer service was very responsive and solved the issue quickly. I am very pleased with the resolution and have confidence that if there were ever and future issues (not that I foresee any) that they will be resolved promptly and professionally.
