Hi Sheila, Thank you for your feedback. We believe there may have been some confusion — our company is Vital Everyday, and we do not sell or supply the Phytonail product you mentioned. It seems your order was with Vitalpilo, a different company.
Here is their website where you actually purchased the Phytonail product: https://vitalpilo.com/. As far as we can see, they do not have a Trustpilot account.
Since this review does not relate to our business, we kindly ask that you please remove both reviews from our Trustpilot page. This will ensure your review is directed to the correct company.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Hi Simon, Thank you for sharing your review.
Frustrating Subscription Experience
Unlike almost every other product subscription out there, there is no courtesy email letting you know an upcoming shipment is due to be charged, which allows you to move or postpone it.
Their customer service is poor - when I immediately contacted them after being charged getting they said that the order had already shipped, which apparently means they have a shipping operation so efficient they can get items couriered out faster than Amazon.
In reality, I would guess that only the order had just been processed and that it actually hasn't left any warehouse, leaving them ample time to cancel it and process a refund.
They then told me to refuse to delivery and that they would refund, which still hasn't happened almost a month later. In future I will be switching to a different brand.

Hi Lawrence, Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
We would like to clarify that, as part of our subscription service, all customers receive an automated notification prior to the next order being processed. Additionally, customers have full access to manage their subscription at any time—this includes the option to skip, pause, or cancel future orders directly from their account.
We understand your frustration and regret that your request to cancel came after the order had already been processed. As previously advised, a refund will be issued once the parcel is either refused at the door or returned to us. According to our records, the courier has attempted delivery twice, but no response was received. The parcel is still available for redelivery or collection.
We remain committed to resolving this and will process your refund promptly once the order is returned to our warehouse.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any further assistance.

I feel incredibly let down
I feel incredibly let down, I have been a really loyal customer and even though I have an ongoing subscription and I didn’t receive any communication there was a sudden 22% price increase, and when I emailed the company their response was very cold and then when I replied with my concerns I was just ignored.

Hi Rachel, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the recent subscription price increase.
You're absolutely right—any change to your billing terms should have been clearly communicated in advance. We deeply regret this oversight and truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
To make things right, we have refunded you the increased amount of £8.80 and adjusted your subscription pricing back to the previous rate. This means that all future orders under your subscription will be charged at the previous price.
Additionally, you are still welcome to return the unopened product if you wish. Please let us know your decision, and we will ensure it is honoured promptly.
We truly value your support and hope we can continue to provide you with a product you enjoy and trust.
Warm regards,
Quick reply!!

Hi Caron, We're really sorry to hear about your experience, but we believe there may be some confusion.
This review does not relate to our business – we are Vital Everyday, and our website is https://vitaleveryday.co.uk. We do not sell any products under the name Vital Pure, nor do we charge insurance fees for missing orders. We only sell Vital Pea Protein Powder.
It’s possible that your order was placed with a different company that has a similar name. We recommend reaching out to them directly to resolve the issue.
If there’s anything we can assist you with or if you have shopped with us before, please feel free to get in touch – we’re always happy to help.
Warm regards,

I've been waiting months for my order
I've been waiting months for my order. This is obviously a Scam. Products have been paid for but not products have arrived. My emails have been returned to me and the site has been closed. Don't get Scammed by these people. It turns out that Vitalpure is not this site so my sincere apologies to Vital UK for my mistake. However it was Trustpilot that sent me the Vital site to review in the first place

I've been waiting 9 weeks on an order I paid the insurance on for delivery.
They don't answer emails for days and when they do it's the same excuse, yet nothing is done.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. I'm going to take legal action as most people cannot afford large amounts of money while just trying to be healthy, only to get ripped off
